This cream contains 70% of the Sea Buckthorn extract, the fruit of the vitamin tree, which helps brighten and visibly smooth skin’s texture. Sea buckthorn fruit contains various vitamins that balance the skin tone giving it a fresh and healthy appearance. It has a gel type texture with a high content of essential moisturizing ingredients that provide sufficient and lasting hydration to the skin. Review: This Purito sea buckthorn gel cream is very light and non-greasy. It absorbs very quickly into my skin, without any "residue" feeling being left on my skin. The cream is white, which surprised me as other sea buckthorn products I've used have been bright orange. At least with this one being white - I can wear it places other than just my house, as it's invisible on my skin. The cream is unscented. I've been wearing this cream as a step in my regular skin care routine, and it is playing well with my other skincare. Unlike a silicone based cream, this one doesn't pill when I put moisturizer/makeup/sunscreen overtop. I have dull, aging, combination skin that has a tendency to be sensitive. This cream is super light and doesn't clog my pores, and unlike vitamin c cream, it doesn't make my skin sting, it's very gentle. Has not caused any sensitivity for me. I do wear a moisturizer with this cream, as it isn't moisturizing enough on its own, at least not in wintertime. This cream is vegan and not tested on animals. It comes in a tube made from recycled plastic. It contains sea buckthorn and niacinamide, which I'm hopeful in time should brighten up my dull skin. All good things! I have been using this cream for a while, it does what it says

Love how light it is and totally unscented. Works really well under sunscreen and in summer. Might not be moisturizing enough for really dry skin and I personally want something creamier at night. Can't speak to the brightening claims tho - at least I haven't noticed anything - been using for about 3 weeks. I will repurchase and recommend to anyone looking for a light budget friendly moisturizer. I do wish it came in a metal tube (less plastic) and that the cap flipped open but sometimes those can be prone to breaking.
