This eau de parfum truly feels like “the perfume” because it lasts all day and smells amazing! It comes in a can, which I think is a smart way to protect it from light and preserve the scent. The bottle itself is super cute and has a luxurious look. It’s also heavier than it appears, which makes it feel even more high-quality.

This was a blind buy because of tiktok and I love it! This is a fruity floral scent, however the lichi note is very outstanding in this fragrance. It gives a cleaaaaan, soft, fresh yet expensive girl. This is a perfect day time scent. I pair it with my club de nuit woman and it gives me an immaculate dry down. This, along with amethyst will ALWAYS be in my collection.Sidenote: I keep my Perfumes in the fridge for a couple days to help with the maceration process.

I am an older woman whose fragrance hay-day was way back in the 80s and 90s. Back in the days before everyone became phobic about scents in the workplace and the artificial fixers many used began giving many people migraines. Back then I leaned toward Givenchy fragrances after my love for Shishido's Zen had faded. (I still have my bottles safely kept from those long-ago years!) Enter into my world Amarige and its flankers. To this day, I still love and get compliments when I spritz Amarige, what most now think of as my signature perfume. All this as background to my note preferences as I am an original hippie: I like woods, patchouli, and green mixed with intoxicating white florals way deep in the background. I'm not a sweet fragrance gal. And, when it comes to perfumes, you study and take time to know what works on your skin and personality and what doesn't. So, I admit when watching reviews how most now consider my preferences Old Lady Smelling, well it broke my heart! That cannot possibly true of all the fragrances now labeled: VINTAGE. So, I can only wonder if it's more about the individual's age and fragrance journey maturity?I'm so surprised, returning to the fragrance world by a few things:1) The crazy prices! Not high prices as they used to be back in my days of purchasing, but absolutely stupid pricing! Why do we have so many perfumers pricing their goods out of the average person's ability to enjoy? For prestige? Ego? Exclusivity? Marketing Stupidity? Who knows, but on the plus side, has given rise to another perfume industry- Quality Dupe perfumers!2) What's with everyone wishing to smell like FOOD?! Sure, some food smells are delicious and can add to a fragrance, things like brown sugar, cinnamon, etc, but I'm sorry, I just don't care to smell like cherry cola or cake! Along with that, the amount of SWEET in fragrances today? Way too headache producing and cloying to my noise. (I understand to each his or her own, but FOOD, really?)3)The ridiculous number of fragrances that seem to dry down to powder, especially problematic if one doesn't wish to smell like a powderpuff! Powder smells old to me and fusty!4) The incredible amount of perfumes released in any year is staggering! This leads to overspending, a chaos of choice, and to my mind, can impede one's fragrance journey which should be highly curated and exacting. If one does this, all those who truly know you, will smell a fragrance and say, "Oh, this really reminds me of (Fill in your name here,)!" You should be searching for the fragrance(s) that always leave Your Mark in the most delicious of ways.So, reviews have led me to the house of Lattafa for new fragrance to consider. If my Givenchy scents are now too vintage, I think I'll try a few of these because of their commitment to high end ingredients, good noses that blend them, and at a price that is more than reasonable. Mayar is absolutely a winner for me. Perhaps because it is considered a unisex fragrance, but still leaning feminine, it's absolutely what I want for our humid, high summer temps. It's that smell of clean which uplifts and lands with some flower, spice, and a lot of citrus for balance and freshness. This one is a big hit for this old girl! I hope this is one you will also enjoy. Good for daytime and casual evenings. When you need to feel the sea and fresh breezes it brings, put on Mayar and feel the joy of the ocean nearby. This perfume is simply amazing, bottle and packaging are beautiful, has a fresh and fruity perfume scent and the longevity is out of this world , over 12 hrs later I can still smell it on me and for the price you can't beat it, if you love this one I highly recommend Coral from latafa as well

This is a fresh aquatic semi-sweet fragrance. This lasted a good 4-6hrs on my skin and clothes. The price point is excellent. If you like green, clean fragrances this is it. Perfect for the summer. The freshness will bloom in hot weather.

I got this as a blind buy with high expectations based on reviews. The smell is beautiful, with fruit and sweetness, very feminine and something new that I was looking for as a new daily wear, it’s not harsh or overwhelming and out the bottle, it will fill the room. I fell in love with the smell almost immediately. Because of this, I’ve tested it at work because I work in a high traffic area around relatively wealthy people both coworkers and clientele and we always talk the hottest beauty trends so i thought maybe I’d be able to put them on to something more budget friendly… day 2 of wearing this and the only way you smell it is basically if you’re my husband and you bury your face into my neck. I sprayed this on myself before I left home at 5:30 am on a clean body and even at work during my shift at 7am prior to my shift starting .. an hr later I asked a coworker if she could smell me and she said she smelt nothing, she asked me if I had anything on and I showed her the bottle and had her smell it. We were both disappointed and the fact it did not last during my 5 hr shift being applied both to skin and clothing twice. Unfortunately I will be sure not to order this again as I want something that will last longer than my inhalation of it.

I was hoping for a little more of a fruity mixture in this floral/fruit scent. It’s still a wonderful feminine scent. I was just Expecting it to be more aligned with the scent made by Thierry Mulger called Angel Nova. It does smell very similar and it’s a beautiful scent that I will definitely use on the daily. Dries down and lasts like one of the top shelf expensive perfumes. Definitely worth it.
