I purchased the TUFEN Tablet for Kids, 7' HD Eyes-Protection Screen with Silicone Bumper (1GB RAM + 8GB ROM, Android 6.0, Playstore, Youtube, Netflix, PARENT-CONTROL IWAWA, Wireless Internet) (Q768-Green) a few months ago for my granddaughter. The first ones screen shattered with the first drop to the floor within a few days after receiving. I posted a review describing the incident. I was contacted by the company within 24 hours to replace the product (a refund was not acceptable by the company) and was also asked to remove my review from this website. I appreciated the quick response and obliged. I received the second tablet. Within the first week the tablet shut off and has not been able to be turned back on again. My granddaughter has always been monitored when playing with such toys/products. I have since purchased my granddaughter the Fire 7 Kids Edition Tablet, 7" Display in which we are extremely pleased with! Please, do NOT purchase the TUFEN Tablet for your child or any other child. To see the disappointment in my granddaughter is heartbreaking and I would not want any other child to feel this way.

It came with a screen full of games but only two of them opened up and could be played, i have it as a christmas present and by January 1st it will no longer hold a charge. Disappointed and do is my 3 year old. UPDATE: The power cord was the issue as far as the charging. Luckily we had another from something else and it now holds a full charge.

I got this for my one year old son. It would have been his first tablet. The order came on time, wrapped great, looked exactly how the pics are but cuter in hand BUT the volume was extremely low and was unadjustable. You could hear nothing. The tablets picture was also extremely dark and dim to where you had to squint to see. Both picture and volume both were adjusted to its points.

My son loves it! Some apps dont work properly (like pbs kids).. but he mainly watches YTKids and is obsessed with it. I have seen that people have had trouble with the screen going black and still being able to hear it. His does this also but I thought it was due to the parental control so when this happens i just tell him the battery is dead and plug it in. it then works fine. there is a dead spot on the corner of the screen that is a little annoying when playing certain games. Update 5/24/18. Tablet is already broken it started locking up and freezing all the time and now it doesn't work at all.

Wrong color came. Also it literally lasted 15 days. Day 15 it stopped working for no apparent reason and it's done, no one can get it to function or charge. So for $25 a week it was totally not worth it. When it was working, it had all sorts of problems, like not picking up right on the touch screen, and suddenly searching. Wish I spent a little more for something good and reliable.

Had a hard time getting it up.At one time it would freeze.When you take pictures, they look like a faded black and white picture.

I purchased the tablet for my child and the Tablet stopped working after two weeks. The tablet does not turn on anymore. I am very disappointed, would like my money back. TERRIBLE Product....
