Excellent stand alone firstick
Excellent standalone purchase and a good device if there is no sale season.In sale seasons new firestick can cost almost as cheap as this one.Pros are excellent echo integration. It can turn your old device into smart device.The Cons:Heating in the initial set up. The device leaves a message to let the stick cool down before using.This is happening because the device is updating and giving you graphics too.I'm hoping that's what the device is made for and it should withstand that noticeable but subtle heating.This heating alert happened with my 3rd Gen also which I recently bought.I went for this over MI stick for Alexa integration and because MI stick just restarts without giving heating notification.Hope it helps.

It was sent without checking material.
You did not check the material and transferred the material from customer to customer. The remote was not working in that. You are passing time with the customer. You are wasting the customer's time. Before sending old material, please check it yourself. Send it later.
