The dispenser is so flimsy, that when you pull a towel from it, it will pop open. The latch is to short to properly lock the unit, so now it just hangs open. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS

This is a stainless steel paper towel dispenser that is wall-mounted is of a beautiful standard, good quality material however, it isn’t terribly sturdy. While mounting the paper towel dispenser was fairly easy with the four different mounting holes and the included screws one thing I noticed is that even when mounted you can shift the front face of it quite easily. And it just seems a little bit unsteady. Even though it’s secured to the wall.One thing that I didn’t like is that it opens very easily with a small turn of the key. If this were in a public area I would be very concerned that somebody can easily open it. I have it inside of my food trailer for the employee handwashing sink so I don’t really need it to be locked, so I wanted to leave the key in it, and noticed that if I leave the key in it it wants to fall open. So I had to mount the key next to it so it doesn’t get lost.Overall it is a good value for money, very easy to install however they could improve on the sturdiness of it.

This is a great product, but the towels are getting caught and tearing when pulled. Any suggestions

Garbage! Paper towel dispensers have literally one job and these specific dispensers sabotage it’s very function. EVERY single paper towel rips when dispensing. I purchased 15 for my business to make them all uniform and nice looking. I have purchased the most expensive, thickest paper towels on the market and they still rip when coming out. I dropped hundreds on these pieces of junk and by the time my remodel was complete and these went on the wall, my return window was closed. I am so angry about this purchase. Every single dispenser (out of 15) rips every single paper towel, so it’s not just a bad one or two, it was all. Save yourself! Do not purchase! Shame on this company!
