The product was a out of box failure. This regulator was leaking like a sieve, which dumped a lot of oxygen in a short time. How did quality control and supervision missed this issue. I am issuing a C.A.R. Additionally, I think a process audit must be establish. I am about to return another leaking regulator. 12/04/25 I am about to return another leaking regulator. 12/12/25 I bought a regulator from Broward Medical, and it leaked. I made contact with the company, I returned the item, they resolved the issue, they returned it to me, and now I am a happy customer. I have been using the regulator a few days now, which is not leaking. Broward Medical of South Florida will have me as a customer again. 1/03/26
