Put it together by myself in less than 30 minutes. I plan to do in ground gardening so I didn't really care about the depth, I just wanted a frame so I can get my garden more organized. Light weight and easy to put together.

This bed is sturdy and a great size. I plan to use it for my 4yo’s strawberry bed and wanted to see how it looked before ordering more. It was easy to put together (maybe 20 minutes) and you’ll need a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten the bolts. See pics with said 4yo and dog for scale. 😆 I’ll be buying additional beds for our garden.Update 05/09/23 - planted out strawberries in this bed and ordered a second one that I used for potatoes, pinto beans and carrots.

The only thing wrong with this is the fact I wished I would’ve bought more when they were on sale

I am a seasoned gardener who usually builds my raised beds from wood. This past year I thought I would try out some metal beds to see what the hype is all about. I've tried several different brands and generally I find building my own is easier. But this bed is actually pretty good. It took me all season to get a chance to put it together so I haven't grown in it yet. I will update after I use it.Compared to the other beds I've built, this bed is pretty sturdy. The nuts and bolts are big and easy to handle, though they did leave gray powder on my fingers. There are only 4 bolts needed to secure the sides of each panel compared to the 5 needed on other beds I put together. I hate screwing these things together, so the fewer the better.

This bed was very easy to self assemble.Sturdy material and great for small space gardening.

It is open-bottomed which allows long root plants to reach the under-bed soil.Assembly is quick and easy. No more than 15-minutes at most. The galvanized steel with powder coating in the color shown is rust-resistant and holds up to weather extremely well. The bed can be shortened by using only one straight panel on each side if desired.The construction with screws and nuts provides for very good stability and security. This assembly is not at all daunting. Easy peasy!All the mounting hole positions match up perfectly during assembly There are no sharp edges or other areas that could potentially result in injury during assembly...UNLIKE many other corrugated metal beds that have edges and corners that require caution or gloves during assembly.While easy to assemble, it is just as easy to disassemble and store if desired...and will reassemble just as easily as the first time. Nice potential for seasonal-only use...or to move.The rigidity of this bed is excellent, and the powder-coated exterior is also very aesthetic. This bed really looks nice in a garden...and is especially important if appearance is an important factor in a buying decision.It is lightweight, yet robust in performance. The rust-resistant and smooth outer surfaces are easy to clean if desired.Our use for this 4x2 raised bed is to put it in a remote area away from our other beds and plant Melons, Pumpkins, and some squashes in the to allow the large leaf runners to have plenty of room to wander. This is a perfect use for this smaller bed. Others will use this for regular veggies, and this size is outstanding for creating a very aesthetic flower garden in view of a patio, while walking a garden, or for attracting pollinators to your garden area.This very inexpensive yet highly robust, functional, and aesthetic appearance Raised Bed clearly rings the bell for design, function, and build! I love the sturdy raised bed. It assembled in about 40 minutes. One screw was difficult, I couldn't get any of the washers to fit on it so I traded it out with one of the extras and it fit perfect. 3 curved pieces are for each end and to straight pieces of metal for each side. I put the top and bottom screws in first and then the middle ones. After all done, I went back and tightened them all. Overall, truly very easy to assemble. I carried it outside over my shoulder and placed it near the area I will use it in.It is a perfect size for the side of a house or side of a patio. Or to section off an area in the garden space. I am using this bed in my herb garden. I will add the landscape fabric in the base and fill with soil. When I did the soil calculation, it says 1 cubic foot of soil is needed. It is still winter in the Midwest, so I will have to post photo updates in the spring.
