The quality of the punch is good but 3 out 5 are not punching properly.

Great customer service
Stopped working after 2 1/2 months. I think it is a problem with the spring and not the blade. Regardless it does not punch. Very disappointing considering the short lifespan. Save your money try a different brandSince this post, the seller contacted me and replaced the punch at no cost. Very good customer service and I am pleased with this product.

Item broke first time I used.Follow up:Company contacted me and replaced the broken hole punch. New one works great.
