Nopal is in a capsul. As such it has no flavor. I have had a red spot approximtely 1/2 inch on the back of my left hand just behind the knuckle oʻf my index finger. I would form a white scale like scab about every 6 weeks. I started taking NOPAL to lower my blood sugar, however, since I startrd taking NOPAL the red spot and scabing has gone away! I am very HAPPY with this development!! I have been to several dermatologists about the red spot. None of them would surgicaly touch the spot and had no recomendations for a remedy. I have had that spot since 1990. Now it is gone since taking NOPAL. I don't know why it went away but I give credit to NOPAL. In 35 years nothing else has changed except my age! and taking NOPAL.

I take the supplements for health reasons and they are very good .

Together with a good diet this is awesome, even with a diet and doctor pills my sugar levels where between 110 to 120 feasting, with Nopal pills my levels are around 80 to 95, I'm so grateful I found these, but that doesn't mean you don't care, you should keep an eye on what you eat, highly recommend and great value, very effective.
