I have been using these diapers for my 15 year old dog for about 6 months now. She is a Rhodesian/Heeler mix and about 50 pounds. At first we started out slow and didn't need them daily. Now at this point she needs to be in them 24/7 unless we are outside in the yard. I tried other brands that would slip off and not stay on . I have found that these are longer in length and that is where it makes a big difference. The adhesive/velcro lasts a long time. I have even re-used the diaper if it was not soiled and these stayed on every single time. She has had some accidents in them, they held alot of urine and did not leak out at all! She has even pooped in them and I have had no problem. I was able to remove the diaper immediately after the poop so she wasn't in it all day so that may make a difference as to if it is contained or not. I am so glad I found these diapers, it's hard taking care of a senior dog who is incontinent and this helps the situation immensely!!! I will continue using these with my girl! My German Sheppard Puppy went into heat at 9 month, she weighed 70 pounds and the XL size I got was too small. I didn't see an XXXL size, XL was the largest and it wouldn't fit a large dog. very disappointed

My 17 year old dog hasn't been able to hold her pee or poop for almost a year now. This diaper has prevented countless accidents where I would've had to spend time and energy cleaning up my house. It works pretty well although not completely foolproof as I still had a few rare accidents with number two. Usually it occurs when I'm not home to change her right away as her moving around may have caused the feces to either leak out the side or through the tail hole. But even with the rare accidents, this diaper has reduced a major headache to a much more manageable one.With all that said, even with the 144 pack, the per diaper price comes down to about $0.69. I happen to also have a young child who still wears diapers and this dog diaper is more than twice the cost of a Pampers. I have tried cutting holes into my child's diaper for my dog but it just doesn't work and would constantly come off. On average my dog uses about 4 diapers a day, which adds up to $2.76 a day, $19.32 a week or 1004.64 a year... now I'm sad.TL;DR - It works well but is expensive.

Our female dog Rosey is 16 yrs old and weighs approximately 55 lbs. She has started having incontinence problems and I decided to try the Peritas diapers and boy am I glad I did! These are wonderful, never leak, and fit perfectly. They seem to be comfortable for her and allow her free access to all areas of our home without the worry of an accident. She is like a member of our family and we love her so and Peritas for making such a wonderful product!

I bought these for my 13 and a half year old lab who has been having more and more accidents. They definitely run small, I got the XL. She is 60 lbs and they barely fit. But they do fit and seem to work just fine. We’ve used them twice now and haven’t had issues with leaking or anything. I will be buying more.Update: After several more days of use, we found that they do indeed leak. Not horribly, and the mess is definitely much less than if she didn’t have them on. Considering trying a different brand. Changing star rating from 4 to 3.

Although these diapers definitely run small (my 15.5yo senior dog's waist is 19.5". She is a slim 40pound lab retriever mix), they totally works! The urine turns into gel, so the urine puddles from my urinary incontinent dog no longer happens.My senior dog still leaked huge puddles on her waterproof dog bed liners even with the maximum dose of PPA dog urinary incontinence medication with reusable "leakproof" dog diapers with diaper pad liners.I was trying to be environmentally conscious by using resuable diapers and diaper pads. But after 6 months of daily washing of the diapers and the urinary incontinence on my dog's blankets and bed liners, my husband said that I will probably be more environmentally friendly but dumping a disposable diaper in the trash instead of using up so much water.Although my dog's waist is only 19.5" circumference, the large diapers just fit her. I'm going to use the XL diapers instead.

We have a senior dog we adore! We tried several different brands of doggy diapers until we found the 'right ones' How did we know? Our girl, did not attempt to chew them off after us being away for a few hours, or if she awoke prior to us in the mornings! This tells us they must be comfortable! Now, we can finally know which exact ones to order, and rest assured we can order in larger quantities! They are easy to put on, they stay on, and there have been no leaks! Perfection!!

Don't order this item unless you are exactly certain that it will fit your dog. It was too small. I ordered according to the directions, but they charge you for returning the item. Not cool!
