great taste very creamy not to much to say has a good taste

If you or a family member is sick and cannot eat much food, these shakes are a good source of nutrition. Crohn's, Colitis, IBD, Cancer, flu, these shakes aren't very filling but you get vitamins, minerals, some nutrition and they can help reduce hunger feelings. They also help between meals as a healthier snack.Put them in the refrigerator and drink them cold, put them in the freezer and they'll have a milkshake consistency. The flavor and taste isn't great but it's not really bad at all, a little hard to explain - doesn't taste like a treat but also does not taste like a medicine.

Sometimes use in addition with meals and sometimes use as supplemental to a meal.It’s tasty and nutritious.

I use these to mix into a homemade protein shake that I make to gain and reach my goal weight when bulking. I drink two a day for the added calories and any time I’ve utilized this routine, it works like a charm. Gotta stay thick! Lol

I've been drinking these in an attempt to gain some weight. Happy to say after about 2 months I'm up 8lb. These have an amazing taste very unlike protien shakes(witch I hate) and a ton of cal in each one. They are small in size and go down real well after a meal or just to fill in on break at work. I personally think these taste great when cold. I love vanilla. I need the protein, as well as extra calories. This is a great snack for me in between meals.
