I don’t have this exact same design but I will say, I had ice water in mine and was sitting in my car most of the day, in the summer, and still had ice in it

I bought three Tervis tumblers (one for my spouse and two for me - one for the office and one for home). I chose this design for my home one. I use it only for hot coffee and hot tea. Both of the other cups (different designs) are fine and have no issues, but this one stained after the first day of use. Imagine my surprise after handwashing it at the end of the day when I realized that after being used for 1 day, it was permanently stained. Clearly, this has to be some type of defect. Other than this issue, the cup is fine; however, since it's clear w/flowers, the defect is visible and bothersome. I should have tried to return it but reading the Tervis guarantee made it seem like this would not be covered. Were it not for this issue, I would have given the tumbler a 5 star rating.
