6500 miles on a R1
2020 R1Tires don’t last long usually, but normally I can pull I good 6000-6500 out of these, with truly exceptional grip in the rain, and they don’t ever really need to warm up, I just get to goin and they handle. My personal recommendation bc I live in Washington, this is an October-March tire, then, Pirelli rosso iV for the summa.

Phenomenal
These tires are amazing. My favorite tire ever. I’m honestly blown away at how capable they are. The above photos weee taken after 2 and 3 track days respectively and about 1800 and 2000 street miles respectively. Perfect tire wear. The tires have tons of grip and when they do start to slide it is a very predictable slide. I was worried about overheating these tires at the track but I did not have that problem at all, they never overheated or got greasy at all. These tires do it all, dry grip, wet grip, they don’t require warmers and they have an insane amount of life. I’m sure I could do 2-3 more track days and another couple thousand street miles which is absolutely insane. As far as road riding goes I have no complaints at all, tire has grip, wet or dry. I was honestly expecting these tires to be completely worn out after one track day but they are barely worn at all. Tires are on a 2010 multistrada 1200 and I ride in A group at the track. I don’t write reviews…. Ever. But these tires are just THAT good! For anyone who thinks they are expensive, they are. But… I’ve worn out good tires (Pirelli Supercorsa SC3, Michelin Pilot Power, Michelin Power 5) in half the time so if you look at it that way the road 6 is really a bargain. I’ll run this tire until they stop making it.

EXCELLENT mileage
I replaced my stock tire (Dunlop Road Sport 2 I think) with this. The Dunlop was done after 4300 miles. My friend has the same bike with these tires on, and at nearly 10k miles they still have life left. I'm at 3700 miles now and there is clearly plenty more life left in them compared to the stock tire.On top of this the rain grip is really impressive, and the handling was improved in how eager the bike is to turn now!Update after a little under 7000 miles: the rear tire is now down to wear bars so I'll be replacing it soon. Front is probably at about half life, as somewhat expected. They have performed fantastically. I am most shocked by the grip in rain and near freezing temperatures: they genuinely don't seem to be any less grippy than they were in summer!

Only one tire, not a pair
Only sent back tire, even though the listing shows it as a pair. This is very deceptive. Refused to honor it
