These are very easy to fit and effective on grass and small shrubs. The blade wears when contacting stone edging or paths but is still pretty durable.

These blades worked well in my strimmer. It is inevitable that a plastic blade breaks if it hits something a lot stronger but these were no worse than the blades in Bosch packaging costing several times more.An added bonus was they arrived much sooner than indicated on purchase.

I read some of the reviews that were critical of this product. Some suggest that they are not durable and that they are too expensive. However, having tried them I feel that the opposite is true. I can only assume that those who say that they break too easily are probably not mindful of solid objects that might be encountered whilst strimming, such as pathways, tree stumps and hard landscaping. My strimmer like most has an adjustable guard, which if set correctly, will allow one to strim up to garden walls etc without the blade making contact with them. I bought 5 packs of 10 blades and am still using the first one that I fitted. It has been used at least 6 times with no breakages and little sign of wear.
