What an excellent piece of kit. Having not trained with weights in many years I have recently returned to it with sone dedication, and have found it a shock to see what I have lost, over the years, in terms of strength. But one of the more shocking things was my grip strength, so for example as my the weight of my deadlifts improved (and my Romanian deadlifts in particular) I found that the reasons for approaching 'failure' were not my major muscle groups, but it was my actual grip on the bar was becoming a problem. This simple strapping and its integral metal hook has meant that I can concerate on my form rather than on whether or not I can hold the weight, especially during RDLs. I am lifting much heavier now without my grip letting me down. (it also helps with shrugs using my heavy dumbells as well).£-for-£ this is by far my best purchase to date for my home gym.

These are a game changer for me. I had very hard, and sore, calluses on my palms from using the equipment at the gym, but once I started using these there was no more pain and I imagine the calluses will now reduce. Worth every penny in my honest opinion.

This is a great product for improving your deadlift performance . Good quality product , durable and a nice look in the gym .

The product is well made and seems sturdy enough. It is also a good price in comparison to other brands. However, I bought these with the intention of improving my pull-ups. It didn’t do this, in fact for me it made things more difficult. Firstly I could not jump to the bar and grab, I needed a step so I could then hook myself onto the bar. Once finished I had to do the same in reverse.The grip didn’t feel natural and put a lot of stress onto my wrists which made the pull-up difficult and potentially could cause injury with prolonged use.I will not be using these again, for me the risks of injury far outweigh the so called benefits. Disappointed as this is a well made product for the price.
