This powder is an excellent value for money, and works effectively, especially for constipation and regular bowel movements.Yes this is not going to dissolve easily in water. I highly recommend you have it with your morning coffee, it not only dissolves better, but there's no noticeable taste difference. There will be some remaining powder at the bottom, simply stir or swish the last mouthful to mix and swallow fast.It also helps if you take potassium at the same time or right before, as magnesium is known to absorb better when potassium is present.Have in the morning for optimal results.

I’ve been using a different brand of magnesium citrate powder for years and it dissolves well and tastes great. Thought I would give this a try and it’s gritty, doesn’t dissolve and tastes horrid! Won’t be using

I didn't realise before I bought this that magnesium citrate hydrate is non-soluble in water. This is also a rather coarse powder, so it can be a little gritty in solution. You may not notice this too much in a thick shake, but it's worth baring in mind.

Early days yet to give a reaction to the product

Excellent product at a very affordable price. Gentle "bathroom effect" when taken with that purpose in mind. No counterindications or collateral effect. Sweet sleep. Cannot do anything better. Will buy again at the same price.
