Fabulous white sugar alternative.
All coconut sugar is not created equal as i unfortunately found out.I have tried numerous different brands at different price points and this is by far the most pleasant tasting/delicious sugar I have found. It tastes great in my coffee and I am delighted that I finally found "The One".The price is reasonable for the size and quantity of the product.Customer for life.

Good product but terrible packaging
Product packaging needs working on, delivered with the sugar escaping from an opening in the bag into the delivery package. Excellent quality of coconut sugar though. Great taste as always.

Sweetness without (all of) the guilt
Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Coconut Blossom / Palm Sugar 1kg, Soil Association certified organicWhile it is in vogue to be sugar free I don't think this is practical for all, however selecting 'better' sugars is a smarter choice for ensuring a balanced diet. Sugar is still sugar, regardless if it is from a fruit or pure refined sugar, however what sets them apart is the additional nutritional benefits e.g. while an apple is high in sugar (fructose) it also provides vitamins and fibre compared with a teaspoon of refined sugar. So with this in mind, and being a keen baker I wanted to see if there was a smarter choice to be made when using sugar in baking. Coconut sugar seemed an obvious choice and an alternative to natural sweeteners (which also have their issues). It has a lower GI alongside essential minerals, vitamins and amino acids and makes a perfect alternative to normal cane sugar when baking. The easiest comparison is to brown sugar in its richness of flavour and colour. It provides the same result as using refined sugar with the benefit of being slightly better for you (in moderation of course!) and a smart switch when baking.I admit the price can seem a bit high but it is a higher quality product, and having used it in baking I think you could actually get away with using less than needed (or maybe my pallet is finally adjusting to food that is not as sweet!).

Natural sugar, coconut is the best... ★Stop eating refined Unnatural foods★
This lasts absolutely ages.Lately I can't drink coffee without brown sugar added; never liked the taste of white...it's unnatural as far as Im concerned. But eversince tasting coconut sugar I'm addicted...I just love the stuff n have it instead of brown sugar, which Iv realised again isn't natural sugar n so is just as bad as white.Ok! Price might be bit on the high side, but that's what one pays for quality n this coconut sugar is all about quality..... Also b'cs its sweeter n more natural than brown/white refined sugar, one doesn't require as much on a spoon to make food/drinks taste nicer. Also coconut sugar is much better for you..... Ok! It's best not to eat sugar in the first place, but if one needs to....it's much healthier than refined processed
