Warhammer Quest the Adventure Card Game

Awesome game and very compact so easy to take around with you to other places.The mechanics are pretty good they leave you only just enough room each turn to feel like you got something done while keeping up the tension. Its Co op so good to play with friends and the game scales really well when adding in players from 2-4 and the game feels as easy/hard with 2 as it did with 4.Theres 5 missions 4 of which were pretty good, one however is dam near impossible but thats fine as you can keep playing even if you fail a mission, it didnt spoil the game for us and we have played it lots.Comes with one bonus extra missions where you play 4/5 missions worth in a row which is fun for a longer session.I love this game and we played it loads, the only downside is there seems to be expansions or content to use to keep it fresh other than two new characters once you have finished it so I havnt picked it up for a while, however its good enough I'll certainly keep it and bring it out again in the future.The game mechanics can be a bit confusing so wouldnt recommend for beginners unless playing with people who play a lot of games.

Like others have said, the rules are not very clear. You will need to search online to understand how to actually play the game. It'll take a few hours to get to grips with it.Saying that, the game is really good. There are challenging scenarios where you will have to work as a team.

I want to give it 5 stars but the rules are not that clear on attacking/zones/shadows. But a good game for solo or group. 10 min set up - 1 - 2 hour play.

We have played this game almost continually and we love it. This is real co-op game, you constantly have to consider your actions carefully otherwise the plethora of nasties will defeat your party and it is game over. I have the original board game version and although this is a card game it captures the flavour of a full on dungeon crawl. Love this game and looking forward to future expansions.

Disgusting mold all over and in the box and on instruction manual.The box was full of black powder mold, the instruction book pages were stuck together. Cards and dice were protected in bags, but the books and box were disgusting. Box was dry but had been very wet at some point, so was difficult to get lid open. The above photo was taken after I’d cleaned away most of the powdered mold. As the instructions were in such a bad way, I had no choice to return, but the game contents themselves looked fine and of high quality. I am returning the game for a full refund.

Great fun game.Goes a little way to staving off the pangs of withdrawal from the board game of the same name.Not as good as the board game but about as good as a card version could get.

Just attempted my first quest (1 player with 2 characters), 3 hours in and was pasted, note this amount of time included much consultation of the rules! Good fun though! If you enjoy Lord of the Rings LCG you will enjoy this!

Nice little game, it is cashing in on the Warhammer Quest name. Good game in its own right but nothinging to do with the original Warhammer Quest game; which i have and love to bits.
