I have always used Denman brushes as they last so long and do the job. Always easy to take apart for washing. Easy to hold in the hand this size. I also bought the smaller size this time for travelling in my vanity case, which is not so easy to hold. I always have black but thought I'd have a change and the pink and white is definitely easier to find in the bottom of a bag! I even have one for the dog, as they go through her long fine hair a treat and do not snag as much as a dog brush. This time , the only thing I have noticed it that I have static in my hair when using. Never had it before and a little spray on the brush stops this but thought worth mentioning.

I’ve had Denman brushes for decades. The last one lasted 20 years of daily use. Ironically the handle snapped but the body of the brush has remained intact- now relegated to help brush a long haired German Shepherd very effectively I might add! The brush in easy to clean and tackles straight thick hair as well as curly hair of all lengths and is particularly good at untangling knots. So many brushes designer or otherwise are not as effective nor as long lasting or anywhere near as practical and easily cleaned or washed as Denman brushes. So in my view this product is well worth the price.

I like Denman brushes and have used them for years. I recently ordered a new D4 and used my D3 brush in between time. I bought the D3 brush quite some time ago and that came in a nice box with a leaflet enclosed giving details of their other products- all very informative. The D4 brush turned up in a Denman plastic bag with no leaflet on other products- the idea is to cut down on waste? Think they should still include the leaflet as it's a missed selling opportunity. Fortunately Amazon supplied the protective packing. Good job somebody does!

I used this brush many, many years ago (well, not THIS brush but an earlier version!) for blow drying longer hair and loved it. When it eventually needed replacing I replaced it with a Denman spiral brush, about 2.5" diameter - which I also loved. Now Denman don't seem to sell that size spiral version so I've reverted back to this style brush. It's great for blow drying my slightly shorter hair and turns round and round in the hair without snagging and without me having to stop and restart - it just keeps going. It's great to just brush through the hair. I don't know about a serious, professional blow dry, but it works for me at home. I love Denman brushes - all shapes and sizes.

Always use these hairbrushes. I have thickish hair and this brush is perfect for this.This purchase is to replace my “ missing” brush. These brushes are long lasting, easy to clean and value for money. A quality item.

I have used Denman brushes for a number of years and have a few from the small handbag sized, polishing brush a D3 and a D4. But after 20+ years of regular use the rubber on my old D4 was disintegrating and despite searching on a number of shops I couldn't find a replacement I had bought a cheaper brush but it wasn't right despite looking the same in photos on line so was very happy to find Denman on Amazon and to clearly see the different types.Other than colour there is one major difference between my old and new D4 and that's the weight, the new one being considerably lighter.I have long hair and find the Denman brushes excellent for caring for my hair and scalp
