I have grade 4 chondromalacia patella along with osteoarthritis in my knee cap, so really need a brace for getting around. This is the second Neo-G brace I've bought, and have been very impressed with both. The brace holds the knee in place very well and the ability to alter the spring tension on each side is just brilliant. My only bugbear is as it is not as neat a my other brace and is a bit more noticeable under a pair of jeans. But that's a minor issue. If you want a good quality, fairly priced brace then you won't go wrong with this!

I have poor mobility and my knee was getting weaker and was tentative to walk on it was advised by a physio to get this and I must say I feel it supports me very well also helped with the pain

It was comfortable to wear and offered some comfort. However, I don't know if I got every part intended to be included by the manufacturer. As you look at the photo, there are three vertical columns, and these are available to take metal supports that are slightly flexible. There are similar columns on the other side. In my brace, there were metal supports in only two on each side. I did feel as though there should have been more support and so possibly these were missing. It also tended to drop down slightly throughout the day. I am not a large person, so perhaps it is intended for men of medium to larger size, don't know. On the one hand, I will use it again if needed. On the other hand, I live in a country where I had to buy a brace online because braces don't exist for public purchase - so if I had the chance to go to a store (as in the U.S.) for medical supplies - I would also have my eyes open for an alternative.

Excellent support for cruciate problem

This support is a superior product over the elasticated alternatives and has helped enormously in healing my knee problem. One thing of note is the failure of the elasticated strap on one of the bindings. Still able to use it though.

Good product comfortable to wear.
