Good hardware for the price.
Bought this as a replacement for an old Xperia which had a faulty sound card and so I had to get a new phone because I use it mainly for music on the go. Also I don't use the phone as much as some users since I commute by bike,so I figured a "lite" phone (as in no excessive hardware that I wouldn't even make use of) would be a good buy for people like me.Pros:-Really good battery life with proper power management (wifi off during the day, mobile data off during the night, GPS always off), loses about 12% battery in ~13 hours and unnecessary apps closed, though I expect the battery life to decay after a number of charge discharge cycles.-Fingerprint reader is really fast and effective. It unlocks your phone even if you started typing your code as long as you have the correct finger on the reader. I really like this feature because it unlocks your phone instantly.-UI lets you to navigate through your music from the lockscreen (just forward and backwards). While you can do it on Android phones by enabling notifications on the lockscreen, the buttons here are bigger since it's part of the UI.-There is a tray that take both the sim card and can accept either another one or a Micro SD card, which is pretty versatile but in most case you'd just want to expand the memory.-The screen is really nice (the contrast especially) for an LCD screen.-Swiftkey was included in the phone.Cons:-The pin for removing the sim card is really easy to lose.-Some aspects of the UI may or may not appeal to some people. One of the things I do not like is the fact that there is no "start menu" to access all the programs you have, everything is on the right of the home screen (Imagine if you are using windows and all of your programs are on your desktop rather than stored in the start menu, because you don't have a start menu), and that you don't have the ability to sort apps alphabetically or by usage frequency etc, so you have to remember where you put them. Accessing swiftkey settings for example wasn't straightforward at all (hint: it's not in the homescreen). Some other thoughts/information:-The camera is decent, it's what you would expect of a phone camera. I'm happy with ~13 mpix, at least it makes e-mail/whatsapp attachments lighter and faster to upload.-It uses the smallest of the SIM card size, you might have to go to your operator if you have older generation phones.-There is some bass boost turned on by default (little SWS icon) which you can disable once and for all if you are listening to the music. If you have proper headphones this option should never be turned on._________Overall I think it is very good value for the money hardware wise. The image quality is very good and I don't have any complaints about the audio quality. I have tried Hearthstone on it and it doesn't seem to lag either, so I think performance wise it is also pretty good. Some improvements could be done in the UI for sorting applications in general.

Compared to that this is so much better. Yes
This is based on a comparison to my previous phone the Wileyfox Swift. Compared to that this is so much better. Yes, it is slightly more but heck it is worth it. Better speed, better screen, better calls (and you can turn the volume down on it to a decent level unlike the Swift), better 4g, better wi-fi, better camera, better choice of cases, better Bluetooth, better download speeds, a speedy fingerprint sensor, fast charge very handy, nice headphones, speaker does the job, simple packaging, lovely solid build to it and feel, some would say the downside is the bloat on it from Huawei and screaming out for pure android, it works fine. I would highly recommend this phone. One slight picky thing I would say is that for some reason, when I listen to music the headphones supplied sound fine but when I use my other earphones/headphones it sounds deep. A way around it is to download an equalizer app.

It is a good phone but We are not impressed
Huawei is a not so known brand that is getting lots of attention these days. My Partner has a mobile phone for work and he needed a personal one but wasn’t interested in spending too much money on it. After reading for hours on the internet we decided to get this one.It is definitely a good phone. We are used to Apple and Samsung so it is impossible not to compare. Overall you will be getting a great deal. The Huawei P10 lite is as fast device that has a high quality display which is very responsive to touch. The connectivity is efficient and when compared with an iPhone X, apart from the display size, there isn’t too much difference. My husband doesn’t have much complain about it. The reasons why we are giving 4 stars are:1. The camera isn’t as good as we expected. I recently bought a £90 pounds mobile that seems to have the same quality.2. It isn’t very ergonomic. It was only comfortable To hold after we got a Huawei P10 Lite Case, Simpeak Premium Rugged Protector Back Case for Huawei P10 Lite 5.2" [Drop Protection] [Anti Slip] [Scratch Resistant], Black. Up until then it kept sliding out of our hands.Personal Opinion: this is a good phone but I still ask my self if it was worth the price or if Huawei is already playing the same game as the bug brands does: overcharging their product. If you are not too worry about photo quality then this is a 5 star product. The ergonomic issue can always be solved with a cover. For us it was enough for a 4 star review.

Great phone, very happy.
I am using huawei P10 lite for two months now and I have to say I am more than happy with my choice. I had Samsung galaxy S5 before and I wasnt sure if this phone will be as good.....but I have to say.....it is even better! After I had so many problems with Galaxy S5 and I had few of them, I do not regret my choice.P10 Lite is super fast. You are not waiting for anything. It reacts immediately. Internet works perfect. Fingerscanner is absolutely amazing, I love it (on S5 it didnt work at all). Battery lasts longer, sometimes nearly two days. The only thing not as good as on S5 is the camera. Pictures might be slightly worse, but it is not as significant, and they still look very good. And the body of the phone looks and feels very sophisticated. The only thing I cant tell now, is how long is the phone gonna last for in such a good condition, because I know that most samsungs just starts doing funny things after some time and get slow etc. So I will see.I highly recommend this phone, I would definitely buy it again.
