I noticed that my cat was trying drink from the bathroom tap a lot and wouldn't drink still water out of a bowl. So I purchased this.I thought it would take her some time to get used to but she loves it already and it only arrived yesterday.Seems like it will be very easy to clean and was easy to assemble.The water is a nice gentle flow and not noisy at all.Looks nice and I like that it lights up.Comes with a 1 year warranty and says they'll just replace it directly if there's any problems - also has a QR code to scan that takes you directly to the shop for filter replacements etc.One very happy cat and servant.

I like this product and more importantly my cats love it and won't drink water from the bowl now. One of them particularly, always wanted to drink from the tap. However, there is a flaw in the design. The usb connection cannot be detached as firmly fixed inside the box. So after a couple of months, the plug end got damaged and no longer worked. End of whole unit! Couldn't simply replace charging cable as with phones etc,no external connecting power point, so had to buy a new fountain. Have used a different wall socket where less likely to be knocked but if it happens again, I will choose a different fountain. Also cable too short.

first off, i have to say thankyou: my cat never drank water, even in the summer when she's panting and dehydrated, she refused to drink water, and instead would drink out of dirty puddles. theres even been a few times where i've had to get a calpol syringe and force her to drink water (when she's panting uncontrollably). it truly baffled me! but now? i see her drinking from this fountain all the time! it holds around 2 and a half pints of water, and we have to refill it every 2 days! she's doing so well and i'm so proud of her for drinking as much water as she is, and we can tell she's thankful for it.if you're worried about your cat, please, get this product. i hesitated for months because i didn't think she'd show any interest, like, she turns her nose up at anything but gourmet cat food for gods sake - she won't even eat the cheap off brand treats! she's a true diva, and won't settle for anything less than more.. a little spoiled i think! at first, she was suspicious - sniffing and staying away, i thought i was going to have to send it back... until she started drinking from it! my family would come into the kitchen to see her lapping up the water, something we'd never seen before! it's now common to see my cat drinking from this fountain, and im truly grateful for this product. it's quiet, only with a low humming similar to that of a fridge, even quieter - and it's extremely easy to refill and clean! the assembly confused me a little at first, but that's probably because i have adhd and cant follow instructions lol... once you figure it out, it's so cool!! i don't know how, but the water also stays cool, and has never once been warm! you'd think the motor, being running all the time, would be hot from constantly working, but nope! the water is nice and cold for my furbaby. surprisingly, it doesn't waste electricity either! i am one of the people having affected by the cost of living crisis, we can barely afford essentials, with our energy company taking 50% of the money we put on our meters to pay off our debt (the debt is their fault! they didn't send out our bills, they even checked and confirmed that! but.. a debt is a debt.. and we have to suffer to pay it back). we check constantly on our electric, with the fountain on and off, and keeping it on overnight doesn't affect it at all! maybe by 1 or 2 pence, but that's it.⭐️tl;dr, if you're hesitating about buying this, just do it! it's quiet, easy to clean, easy to assemble, and will encourage your pet to drink more water than they ever have before. it doesn't take up much electricity, so you can keep it on overnight without concern.

I bought this because my friend used this for his cat and while I was cat-sitting her, this proved to work very well. It has the pump's motor noise when it's turned on but I just considered it as my white noise for sleep - there's a therapeutic feeling to it... at least to me.

The cats love it, it's quiet and easy to clean.Unfortunately mine has simply stopped working after less than a year of use.Whilst it isn't particularly expensive I did expect it to last longer and don't want to have to replace it annually!

My cat loves this fountain, it’s very quiet, looks good and is a brilliant price!

Whilst it lasted my Shorthair loved it, it only lasted a year though
