Allegra K Women's Crossover Deep V-Neck Dress

I was apprehensive about this dress after I bought it due to all the negative reviews. However, my biggest concern was that it may be too small, yet it's not at all too small. I am 5'5", 120 pounds. My bust is 34, waist 28, hip 37. The small fits me fine. Since my bust is almost non-existing (I am a AA), it doesn't really stretch out and carry a nice, sexy form up top. But that's not the fault of the dress - just my lack of endowment.This dress is quite long on me - comes almost to my knees. The only reason I am not giving a five stars is because the arm hole, even though fit me, can be uncomfortable if I get a little bigger. I do wish the sleeves are just slightly longer. The arm holes have stretchy bands around it - wish it were just finished on the edges, but I guess this way it does accommodate a bigger variety of arm girths.At the waist there is stretchy bands, too, which is kind of ugly, in my opinion, but if you have a belt it would look quite nice. It looks AMAZING with a pair of cowgirl boots. The material is VERY stretchy. It's very thick, too, for such a shiny material. If you'd imagine something that's often used on Halloween costumes but much thicker, you get the picture. It isn't at all sweat absorbing though, I think. It also smells a little bit so I'm going to wash it before I wear it, as I would with pretty much anything new, especially from China.There isn't any tags saying where it is made, but it does come with an Allegra K tag.

You get what you pay for, a simple, capped sleeved, polyester dress. The hems are finished, but the "crossover" detail of the dress has an unfinished hem that folds under and remains unseen while the dress is on.I am petite (5'3"), and the dress comes about 1.5" above the knee in front. In the back it comes up a little more (I only weigh 105lbs so not much badunk), but since it's A-line, it moves with you as you walk and still looks modest. Most dresses are constructed with a very, very, slight "high-low" line, so that the front and the back of the dress are level when it's on a body; however, this one was cut straight across, which is why it's slightly shorter in the back.If you're not in petite sizes, please know that this dress may be too short for work-appropriate length; however, if you were getting this as an inexpensive LBD for dates or going out, it'll do the trick and is very easy to accessorize.I recall reading the other reviews that said that it runs tight across the bust, not that I found (but then again, that would be a rarity for me), but because of those reviews, I opted to order a size Small instead of an XS, and I'm glad that I did. I think that it would have been too short to wear to work (which is why I purchased it) if I would have ordered the XS. I'd say if you're a curvy lady that I envy you, and that you should definitely order a size or two up. The silhouette or garment ratio would be fine going up a size or two because of the "crossover" detail and elasticized waistband that sits at the natural waist, and you'd want to compensate for the dress length in the back.

This dress had a LOT of ratings from the best to the absolute worst. For the price, I thought I would give it a shot to grab some cute, cheap summer dresses. I'm glad I did. The dress is a light, cool fabric that is not forgiving to panitie and bra strap lines, however, the fit is very forgiving. I am 5'5", 155 and very short waisted- I ordered the medium and it fits very well, isn't too low cut for my 36DDs and is, in fact, a little roomier than I expected it would be given the other reviews.It is a very basic dress. On its own it is a little plain but I paired it with a belt, cowboy boots and a bold necklace, and am wearing a denim jacket with it and it looks fantastic. I have received dozens of compliments on it already and I am off to buy it in a few more colors.It is a REALLY good dress for the PRICE. If you are expecting amazing top quality at under $15.00, that's a pie in the sky dream- but this dress is very wearable, comfortable, and cute.

The model picture is most likely an extra small because the medium size of this product is shapeless. The fabric has a sheen too it that doesn't show in the picture and the waist has a really noticeable elastic seam that needs to be covered by a large belt. The neckline must also be pinned closed because it parts at the waistline. With these fixes its probably wearable if you get the right size. I'm 5'5" 115 lbs and I ordered a medium because reviewers all said it runs small. I felt it fit like a stretchy U.S. size 6 and was too large to be flattering on me. Going to re-gift it to someone it might fit.

Dye turn my underclothes red. Oh well. Perfect shade. Comfy. I had to stitch it where I needed the v-necl at the chest to stay, but it still fell lovely. Shorter than I had hoped based upon reviews. I am 5'5"/145lbs and it fell about 1.5-2 inches above my knees, came up further in the back. I needed it to go to my knees, so I made a slip. It was gorgeous though. Loved it for the wedding I was in. AND SO AFFORDABLE!!! Although after watching "The True Cost" I do feel insanely guilty for supporting a company that absolutely has no possibility of paying their employees decent, livable wages. (Note: Sorry I don't have a full length photo!)

Meh. I guess thats the trouble when ordering online, you cant feel the materials and preview the fitments. Ordered for my wife and boy did I get a side eye because the thing was 2 sizes too big. Almost looked like a moo moo. Lol. Order according to cup size. We are going to get it tailored but still very sexy and flattering after the adjustments were made.

very unflattering for anyone who has a muffin top or large breasts. i was very disapointed and delievery took forever.

If like me you are a new mummy with a limited wardrobe then this dress is ideal for you!True to size and very stylish it is perfect for breastfeeding in!If your a little on the busty side like me then I recommed a vest underneath.

Ansicht ein schönes Kleid, leider ist dass Kleid viel zu klein normal hab ich eine kleidergröße von 44/46, ich habe dass Kleid aber in 48 bestellt und ich bekam es Grad so übern busen. Schade
