Last long and charges fast!
This battery has been a life saver for me! This battery charges fast, it takes about 4 hours. I use it to charge my Chromebook. It will charge it on full very fast, then I get about another 50% charge on the Chromebook if i need to charge it again. You can use the battery with multiple devices at once. I usually charge up my cell phone, then attach a small usb led light, and portable fan all at once and wow it does well with all of these. To give an example to help further, when I use it to power a 7in portable fan on low it will last 12 hours straight. If i use those multiple devices i mention for a night it brings it to about 8 hours. So, it depends, if you are using multiple devices at once ,it will drain faster. To use the AC adapter you have to push the AC button then plug in your device. While using the USB ports push the DC button. Remember, the battery drains if left on so please remember to turn it off if you are not using it!Also, its not as big and heavy as i thought. It fits fine in my book bag, the cord is long so you can plug it in and charge discreetly. I usually charge it up at the library or a coffee shop. Its great!

great for traveling and camping
i bought this several months ago and it was the best investment i have had in a long while. i got it to go camping on the weekends for the kids to have their own source of power for their use. its small, lightweight, and has lots of ports that are convenient for plugging in and charging several items all at once. its power lasts all night long and it has a fan, light, and dc plug as well. great little investment

Works Great!!
I saw one of these for the 1st time when I was on vacation with my sons. My youngest had brought his with him so he could plug all of his & his fiancée’s mobile devices in or anything needing power. I thought it was really cool so I bought one after I returned home, in case of power failures! I tried it out, after it arrived, to make sure it worked okay & it did. I finally had to use it a few weeks ago, when the power went out around 3am! Either my Yorkie woke me up or maybe it was that my CPAP machine wasn’t running, but I woke up around 3:15-3:30 & it was pitch black. I couldn’t see anything! I grabbed my flashlight (keep it by the bed, along with the power charger) & proceeded to plug items into the charger. I was able to use my CPAP again, in addition to keep charging my phone & hearing aids!! I could have plugged more items into it but at 3:30 in the morning, I was only concerned with those ones! I just wanted to go back to sleep & with my CPAP working again, I did! The power was back on when I woke up again! This could potentially be a life saver for someone, if they needed power for some type of lifesaving device! I also plan to take it on my vacations, in case of outages or just for extra plugs!! Highly recommend it!! 👍🏻Oh, it also has a bright light on it that does flashing, if you needed to signal for help!! 😊

Very convenient
Charges quickly. Portable and very convenient. Provides power to multiple devices at once. Bright light. Great quality. Great value for the price.

Great for charging small items.
Powers my Cpap machine for 8 hours. After that it has 1 bar left on the power meter. Item is much smaller than shown in picture. It’s about the size of a brick. Great for recharging small it’s like tablets and phones but I don’t think it would last too long with larger items.

Five stars after support
So the first unit I got had a faulty display, it kind of worked but was just bleeding color all over what should be the black part of the screen. The powerbank worked great otherwise but that had me little worried but I contacted their support and they were quick on the reply and sent a replacement ASAP for it!So with how well the powerbank itself works, plus their support, I feel good about this one. I primarly use mine to carry with me when I am out on my e-scooter to give me a 3-4 extra miles if I go a little too far on a trek. But this would be great to throw in a car, take camping, heck. I want to get one to power my modem/router when I have a power outage hahaTL:DR: It's a pretty great powerbank for the price and support was very helpful when I had an issue

Another poor quality product from China
I purchased this power pack so that I could set up my Ham station outside in Parks On The Air (POTA) outings. The unit would seem to be sufficient for my needs. My radio draws 500mA on receive and up to 6 Amps on full power transmit (20W). I pair it with a folding solar charger in the field. Between the power pack and the solar panel, I would expect to get 3-4 hours of operation. The battery is 6-months old and has been barely used. I keep it charged for last minute POTA adventures. But otherwise it has not seen much use. The battery does not keep a full charge for more than 3 or 4 minutes of use; the battery does not hold its DC voltage level. I don’t use it on AC.I have set up bench test and took these pictures and videos to demonstrate the issue. With a full charge and no load, the battery cones up to 12.25 Volts which is nominal for my use. As soon as I place a 500mA load on it, the battery begins a rapid discharge down to 11.7 Volts. On low power transmit (1W) into a 50 ohm dummy load, the radio draws 2.15 Amps causing the battery voltage to drop to 10.25 Volts and eventually to 9.8 Volts within 10 minutes. This is below the radio’s minimum power supply requirement of 10.5 Volts and demonstrates that this battery is either faulty or of poor design quality. In case you might blame the issue on EMI, I have placed ferrite cores on the DC supply line and find no difference. And anyway, EMI protection is an important design criteria. But 1 Watt into a dummy load should not be an EMI issueAnother minor issue is that there is no protection for the top power buttons when the battery is packed in my go bag. Several times I have found the flashlight turned on or the AC fan running due to being jostled in my pack. This power pack would do better with switches which are protected from accidental activation. There is a vague 12-month guarantee written in the user guide with all kinds of exceptions. Reading through the exceptions, I would expect to get a refund or replacement. But the manual has no contact information on how to exercise the warranty. I will be reaching out to the seller and to Amazon to follow up.
