Good but clings to hair and lint
So I would have preferred the teal color, but that wasn’t available in king so I got the red as I wanted some color other than gray, black or white. The red is fine it’s just very red. Like a medium dark but bright red. I ordered the teal originally and didn’t realize that when I selected the color it changed the size to full. So I had to exchange. It fits the king bed and the king pillows great. The sheets don’t detach from the mattress or anything. It’s worth noting we do not have any sort of extra topper on the mattress though. It fits pretty snug so might not be for you if you have a thick foam topper. The fabric feels like nice cotton. Unfortunately our dog has medium to long hair that sticks to the sheets like a MFer. That’s a me problem though lol I know not everyone allows dogs in the bed. It’s just EVERYWHERE and we have other sheets where that isn’t as big a problem.

Follow washing instructions and you’ll love ‘em!
Here’s my two cents:When the sheets arrive I thought, “These feel like sandpaper.” I could see the slightly lusterous sheen from the sateen weave but not impressed with softness right off. Then I read the instructions and washed them in just baking soda adding vinegar to the rinse as suggested. Then, I washed them again with just a touch of laundry detergent and a little vinegar in the rinse and dried on low heat. Pretty sure they’re now getting softer by the day and I love them. They’re very breathable and do not sleep hot at all.Slightly annoyed that one of my pillow cases started coming apart at the seam as I put them on the bed the first time. $90 sheets shouldn’t do that. But alas, still 4 stars. If you’re looking for the type of sheets that feel ALMOST like satin while still being cotton (like I was) these are not those. However, I’m really not mad that I bought them.Side note: These sheets fit TIGHT on my queen sized 10” Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress. I was slightly concerned they would be too small as I was trying to put them on. But now that they’re on, they’re definitely not going to slip off!

Finally a sheet set worth talking About
I originally bought a set of these sheets in King White. I loved them so much that I bought two more sets. The sheets are very deep, and easily fit my 15 inch mattress with a mattress pad underneath, with room to spare. But People, PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH before you buy high Thread Count sheets. Don't give low reviews, or waste your money, simply because you were ignorant of what you were ordering. High TC sheets start out being heavy and a little stiff when you first open the package, but they soften up by washing and using them. The higher the TC, the heavier the sheets, so these sheets are heavy. Lower thread count sheets will be initially more pliable and more "airy" feeling, because there are fewer threads per square inch, so they actually are more airy since there is more air between threads. If you like light weight, airy sheets, get low TC or cotton-blend sheets. Initial softness in cotton sheets depend on the quality of the cotton used, and whether they have been pre-softened before you buy them. Having your sheets pre-softened means that they are usually more expensive, because of the extra time and processes involved. These sheets have not been pre-softened, so we are able to buy them cheaper than you would otherwise. Also note that all cotton sheets, especially higher TC sheets, WILL WRINKLE and take more time to dry! If you have multiple sets, which I recommend, fold the other set when it comes out of the dryer, putting your folded pillowcases between the bottom and top sheets so the weight naturally presses them, and put the set away. When you take them out to change sheets, the folded set will have lost most of the wrinkles. By alternating sheet sets, and folding the unused set, you shouldn't have to iron your sheets. If you are still unsatisfied with your minor wrinkles, or if you only have one set, you can iron your sheets if it really bugs you. These particular sheets are beautiful and have held up well after washing. They are exactly what you would expect from 1000 TC sheets, will last forever, and are far less expensive here than elsewhere.

Poor quality
These pilled after a couple washes. They’re my backup sheets and they’re brand new. I have to wear pajamas with these sheets because the fitted sheet feels like I’m sleeping on cracker crumbs from the pilling.

Great fabric weight and beautiful color
I was really excited and pleased when the sheets arrived. I washed them and they came out pretty well. I love the light weight and feel of the sheets and the color was spot on what I wanted. I have the burgundy color and I wash them regularly. The color doesn’t fade at all. Here is my disappointment. I have a “deep” mattress that is 14 inches. The product detail says that the sheets fit easily over 16 inch mattress.I didn’t think there were any issues but the more I have washed them, they seem to be shrinking. I can barely get the fitted sheet to over the corners without help. And I am really frustrated with the top sheet. The width of the top sheet is so small that it cannot be tucked in on either side.I have been struggling and recovering from medical issues over the last couple of months so I wasn’t able to get them returned. I do love the touch and quality of the fabric. I wish they hadn’t cut corners on the overall size of both sheets

Very comfortable
Thick and comfortable. I made a mistake of drying it in super high heat and damaged them a little, but still awesome. It feels like a hotel sheet. Extremely soft, I am going to buy another set.

HUGE & disappointing feel
The size is far bigger than standard sizes. The sheets did not fit our bed, and the pillow cases were massive! Also, the pillowcases don't close. Certainly also does not feel like 1000 thread count! Feels just like our 300 thread count sheets. Returned!
