Good yeast, decent bake
Good product, worked well.Came as unbranded silver sachets in box.High price, we have always baked our own bread but since all the selfish hoarders bought it all during the virus thinking they were clever; we had to rely on paying high prices....Good yeast none the less!

Gave me good results
I use this to make keto friendly zero wheat zero sugar bread, and its very easy to use. Just pour hot (NOT boiling) water over it, drizzle a teaspoon of honey, and let it sit while you mix the other ingredients. Then add to the mixture and proceed as normal. I got excellent rise and the bread is fairly palatable too!

Magic
1st yeast I've managed to find that gives me good results in my bread maker. Tried loads of different brands, types etc. all state they are suitable for bread machines, but until now have had little success. Some have been adequate, others very disappointing. This is great. My results have been so successful the large loaf is actually touching the top of the machine. Will definitely buy again

Works well
It does, as I say, work well - perhaps more consistently than less expensive supermarket versions.

Genuine Product
As the packing inside contained plain foil sachets instead of the Hovis yellow branding I was concerned that this product was genuine. I phoned the manufacturer premier foods who confirmed they had had to use plain sachets due to demand they had run out of coloured foil which put my mind at rest. So anyone who is concerned can stop worrying.

Rise not as good dry active
The rise/flavour from my home baked bread isn't as good as dry active one. Could be a dodgy batch. May work well for a fast loaf in bread machine. I do tend to bulk rise for 3 hours hence 10 mins of prep doesn't bother me.
