Sea Patrol: Season 1

Great series from Australia. However not the best DVD conversion I have ever had. some lack of picture quality, though not detrimental to the story, this may be due to the original filming format. However a little pixialtion in the discs even though no marks on the disks and for disk 4 the episodes are in the wrong order. when you press epsiode 11 "Deep Water" it shows episode 12 "Cometh the Hour" and vice versa. Suprising on a German product. But overall well worth the viewing.

Love this series although we only started watching it on Season 5. Don't be put off by the Dutch subtitles - they are very easily turned off. Hope Seasons 2-4 become available at a sensible price!

Amazing tv series in relation to the Australian navy patrolling the seas for illegal fishing vessels plus responding to maydays. They have a few bumpy rides ahead along the way.

Before I bought this I read the reviews so I was really looking forward to watching the series. Now that I've started watching it I'm very disappointed, the story line and acting are poor I thought with Lisa McCune in it there might be something to redeem the series but I would not recommend this. There are much better Australian series.
