I’ve been taking these tablets for 4 months, and I can see a slight difference that I am energetic but I don’t know if it’s because I’ve started to exercise more. Over the months I’ve not seen any success stories, I’ve not noticed people reviewing the item.I picked this brand because I felt a connection and trust with the company story.But not seeing any success stories, I’m afraid I am going to drop this product and stop using it.

A good all round multivitamin and minerals supplement.Larger sized capsules that are fairly easy to swallow, you need to take 2 a day, so the bottle only last 1 month.This makes it rather expensive and I’m not sure how much this will improve fertility and increase the chances of getting your partner pregnant.Hope you found my review helpful

Great list of ingredients and certainly contain a lot more vitamins and minerals than other branded multivitamins. They’re tasteless which is great and easy to swallow. Will have to see in due time whether they will have helped with it and hopefully I’ll be able to come back and provide an update on that.The reason, however, why I’ve removed a star is because I cannot fathom the price of these! It usually takes 9-12 weeks to notice a change and improvement. That would mean buying 3 months worth which would cost £75. That is a lot of money just for supplements during the current cost of living crisis. I know it’s a really good brand, but there are other multivitamins you can buy that contain the same amount of vitamins and minerals that are cheaper.Anyhow, I do believe it is still an excellent product and worth buying, but cost should be considered here as the majority would not be able to afford this product long term. Especially those like me with fertility issues (PCOS) where conception can take well over a year.

This is a great blend of 7 essential vitamins and minerals which are thought to support fertility in men. Even without a goal of conceiving, these supplements are packed full of good stuff. They’re easy to swallow and don’t leave any horrible after taste. As with any supplement, effects aren’t usually obvious straight away and my partner has only been taking these for around a week. I’m also taking the women’s version. Time will tell 😊

These vitamins have most of the nutrients recommended to improve fertility, although surely some are missing. They are easy to swallow (around 1cm pill) without any strong taste or smell. The dose is two pills a day, which is not bad since if all the vitamins included were independent pills there would have to be many more. The libido seems to have increased a bit but I can't say anything about the quality of the sperm. In short, they are good vitamins to take if you are thinking of starting a family.
