Leather Repair - Liquid Stitch

Bought this to prevent a small hole tearing where the stitching meets the stretcher bar on the edge of our tonneau cover.Did the trick. Can't see a hole & there doesn't appear to be any tearing.The product is like a very thick UHU type glue & dries shiny (the reason for a 4 not 5 as we'd have liked a matt appearance on the vinyl leatherette). Have used it a couple of times. Don't know how it would hold larger tears as there's no backing strip but guess it could be used with a tape backing.Brush in the tin lid is like a kiddies' glue brush so used a small brush of our own (actually used the wooden end for precision)Glad we bought it.

I bought this to repair a tear in a black leather jacket. Its held the tear together well but is very visible as it dries as a shiny surface. I've also used it to glue vertical blinds together where they are coming apart where the weight sits in the bottom of each one and it has worked very well.

Repaired a tear in my vanilla settee almost immediately although I gave several coats and allowed to dry in between. My daughter used it also. She used one coat only and it worked. She has two boys, aged 3+ 8. It is still holdiing

My dog ripped my leather settee and this product stuck the pieces back together very well

Excellent product - does a fine leather repair job - would recommend for small tears and unholstery repairsand similar items

so far its works but its a shame it dont dry dark only put two coats on than yougood price

good stuff did the job i bought it for not completely in visible but adequate.would noy hesitate to buy same product again.

Ok but leaves the couch looking very shiny. But done the job. Fingers crossed it will stop it ripping more!
