I would like to know how large is the parcel you send the pillow in My organisation accepts only parcels 20 x 30 cm max.

It's quite a large parcel, I think around 30cm x 70..?

Does this travel pillow need to be emptied with every move or is it carried around full? Don't want to damage it.

dont know the exact volume it holds but you just fill it to the softness/firmness to suit you. i love mine, but you couldnt have a pillow fight with it, be prepared for the weight.
