Good value for a DIY project

Great tool! Easy to fix it under the working table and very stable when working. Only problem is you'll need to add some spacers between the vice and the table to avoid the long screw to get stuck under the table and getting hard to move the vice.

I don’t know where some of the negative comments have come from about this vice because the one I bought works fine, it’s well constructed and it does what it’s supposed to do,in fact I’m just ordering another one

You can fix this vice above your workbench and use it to clamp a wide range of materials, wood, metal, etc. It's highly recommended you use scrap pieces of wood to protect your workpiece from damage as the vice gives incredible hold. The fixings are not supplied so you will need to buy them seperately. Overall, its a fantastic vice for its price and will keep hold your wood and metal perfectly. I especially use it for Mig Welding work.

Will hold timber for cutting tenons/dovetails and such, but does go out of shape when using one side only. Does return to shape after.

There is a lot of play in the jaws of the vice, not great.

Cheap rubbish. Badly made and loose main tightening and loosening mechanism. Will spend more for effective replacement

Don't recognise any of the issues listed in some of the other reviews here. I know there's always a chance you'll get a lemon when you buy items cheaply, but those people must have just been unlucky. It's a good quality item. For the price paid I couldn't be happier.

Brauchte einen kleinen Schreiner Schraubstock, da meine Werkstatt nicht so groß ist. ich konnte ihn von unten sehr stabil befestigen und wusste, dass bei diesem Preis keine schonenden Platten am Schraubstock sind, habe einfach selbstklebendes Fließ zugeschnitten und an die Platten innen geklebt. passt alles super gute Arbeit möglich, keine Abdrücke im Holz, das Material ist so massiv verbaut, dass ich davon ausgehe, dass er ein Leben lang hält, deshalb 5 Sterne, sollte sich etwas anderes ergeben, werde ich berichten

Acquistata quasi per prova. È una morsa super professionale ad un costo davvero onesto. Grandi prestazioni, molto pesante e senza alcun difetto. Sono felice dell’acquisto.

El producto cumple perfectamente su función, y la relación calidad/precio es buena, es verdad que los acabados no son finos, pero yo no esperaba más de este producto por el precio que tiene.

pour le prix ,c'est un très bon étau,de poids conséquent,les mors sont bien parallèle,fixation par dessous l'établi ,une fixation sur le dessus serais la bien venue,avec un petit bricolage j'ai put le fixer au dessus de mon établi,rajouter une feuille de caoutchouc plus un morceau de papier de verre grain 60 sur les mors pour une meilleur accroche,produit très bien fini,pas de bavure,très bon serrage ,je le recommande vivement
