I would have given it a five, but when I used it for the first time, I could get no spray from the nozzle. I took it apart and found that something had clogged the spray orifice, and when I cleaned that, everything worked fine. Happy with the results and performance of the spot cleaner now!

It has no manual it's a machine in a bag and no model number or serial number to look it up it's a 3rd party buy so good luckily gegetting a response

Nice little machine for a studio apt. , but it does have it's quirks. Overall very pleased. Review, only good for small areas at a time. Cleaning the machine is very easy. Use tank fill over the sink, minor drips. Sometimes the solution trigger sticks, other than that very pleased with the results. On a budget I would definitely recommend this.

Small machine easy to use and to clean.

Product worked very well but I noticed a small tear in the air hose. There's no way to get a replacement hose so I have to return it for a refund.
