I was looking after a Senior kitty, 13 years old for a couple of weeks. He has obviously been eating the cheapest food possible his whole life bless him.Not on my watch though!I noticed that he was only licking the gravy on his old food and its ingredients were appalling. No wonder he didn't eat it.Giving him lily's pate solved the problem of him leaving most of his dinner. He eats all of this everytime. I was giving him 4 small meals a day because I'm coming to learn that seniors like small dinners and often. Rather than 2 big meals. It doesn't smell too bad and the ingredients are impeccable. His litter tray wasnt as horrible to clean up after he started eating this either. Its good value especially since he eats it all.I found out that some cat foods (mainly dry) use feathers and bones to make up that 4% meat the minimum companies have to include. Thank God for Lily's!!!I'm pretty sure your baby will enjoy this food! Seniors deserve the best!

My 9 year old cat loves this. He hates the LK tins with gravy and mostly finds the biscuits too strong and soft, but loves this! He likes to leave a bit of meat for when his biscuits are added, but he turns away and goes back again until this meat is finished! He's not been a fussy eater during his lifetime but is getting a bit fussy now. He's prone to bladder infections so I make sure he has a good amount of meat before getting biscuits. His coat was always good but he has an extra sheen now. It is a bit pricey but excellent quality. Pity more flavours aren't readily available, but I find this with mature/senior food. These started off as being an occasional treat, but now form part of his main meat consumption.

I bought this after my elderly cat has some teeth extracted. It's very hard to find smooth pate suitable for senior cats. But unfortunately he wouldn't eat it. I found purina one senior wet pouches went down well. He still leaves the bigger chunks though.

Bought a couple of trays and my picky cat liked it, so I bought a multipack as it was cheaper. Mistake! The cat would only eat a little now and again and I was throwing away about a third of each tray. Maybe the batch tasted different. I gave away the remaining 12 trays and won't be buying it again.
