Thick plastic and durable. Perfect for returning or storing your mattress. Highly recommend. You need to seal it yourself though. If your returning a mattress they won’t accept it without one of these

This is the worst Amazon purchase that I have ever made. out of many hundreds. I fell for it because I needed a mattress bag in a hurry and while it was very expensive, it was on Prime. It cam quickly. The fact that they don't say what thickness material it is should have told me what to expect. It is rubbish, I mean RUBBISH. It is about the same quality as the throw away bags that most soft goods, pillows etc are wrapped in. The ones that are meant only to show that the product is in its original wrapping and are meant to be ripped off and thrown away. And it does not fit a king sized mattress. Even if it did it is so thin that you will probably tear it while trying to pull it on.If it had been 15 pence not £15 it would still not be worth the effort of opening the paqckage.My own stupid mistake but I hope that I can help otherrs to avoid making the same mistake.DO NOT BUY. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
