Nice kettle for a good price
Pretty nice, small gooseneck kettle. This thing has a bit of heft to it and it feels nice and balanced when pouring. It is pretty well built and it seems like it should hold up for a while. It does the job for which it is designed. The built-in thermometer is really nice to have as you don't have to find one that will fit through the holes and get steam over it like other kettles. It can get loose as it is attached with a nut on the inside. This is fine as you can just tighten it when it loosens up. This is also nice as you can remove it later if you feel the need to.Follow the instructions and don't fill it to the top, like any other kettle. If you need more water, get a larger kettle. I max it out at the top ridge and it does fine. It does not have graduation marks so just use the ridges as markers and after a few coffees you will figure out how much to add each time. Just keep an eye on it and don't let it over boil; this is not a whistle-type tea kettle. The handle is a hard plastic that feels nice in the hand. There are no annoying ridges from the molding process so it does the job nicely. You do need to worry about burning your hand if you take the top off when it is hot, so just use a towel or something if you need to do that. The handle is nice and the kettle is balanced so you shouldn't feel the need to use another hand to hold the top as you are pouring. It pours nice and smoothly as one would expect with this sort of kettle, no issues there. With kettles of this type, it come out slow so you don't need to worry about water "clugging" out over your coffee like traditional kettles. For clean up, I just pour out the extra water and have the lid on top but open as to let it dry. I leave it on the warm burner to make sure it dries out. It shouldn't rust but there is no reason to leave water in the kettle; just take care of your stuff.Over all, a nice gooseneck kettle for the price. I use it for my pour over brewer so the size is just right and has enough capacity to make a few cups of coffee.

This is a good little pot.
I’ve had one for about 4 years now.It works great on gas or glass top electric ranges.Good heat transfer and with a thermometer, I’d buy another in a second.

Light weight
I really like this water kettle. It is light weight and easy to use. The material is a little thinner than my other kettle but it heats up faster and isn’t very heavy. I love the handle cause it is designed for smooth pouring. The only thing I would recommend is if you are needing a lot of water you might want to purchase the larger size. This kettle is designed for small uses. It heats well and pours evenly. A very attractive look and doesn’t take up much room if storing. I would definitely recommend this kettle for singles, older users and people who make small amounts of coffee. Came in a nice box so makes a great gift.

Great little pot!
This is a great little pot and is perfect for pour over coffee! It worked perfectly well on our induction cooktop and came up to temperature in less than a minute. It took about three minutes to come up to temperature on our stove top at home. The only problem I had is that you have to watch it as it comes up to temperature or it will spew boiling water out of the spout if you let it come to a full boil. The handle has a good ergonomic grip and is heat resistant but not sure if it could withstand very high temperatures if used on a gas range.

This a good product and it is nice to be able to see the water temperature displayed on the kettle.
I bought this when I also purchased their pour over set. It is a good combination and you can also heat water for your tea with it.

Great Kettle! No issues, awesome quality, thermometer reads 5 to 10 degrees low though
This feels like a solid product. Feels stout and well built. It was expensive in my opinion, but I understand they have good customer service. If I do have any problems, I will edit this review with an update. The only issue I have is the thermometer seems to be off by about 5 to 10 degrees when compared with a digital thermometer. This combined with the lag in time where the temperature does not register instantly on the kettle’s thermometer makes it a little tricky to stop heating the kettle at just the right moment. So I have learned the sound of an almost about to boil kettle, and I know about what temperature to grab it off the stove and turn off the eye. Then I just let it sit for a minute while the thermometer catches up to reality. I’ll drop it back on the eye of the stove and let it heat up a little more as the eye cools off, in the event that thermometer shows lower than expected temp if, say, I pulled it off too soon.As long as you compare to another thermometer and learn what temperature to pull this kettle off the stove, this thermometer is fine. I do wish it were more accurate but not enough to dock a star from review.

Works great but has flaws
Works as it should but couple things to note: the thermometer cover cracked after a few uses (it’s plastic so it’s still in tact and not a safety concern). After a year or so of use, the copper finish peeled off, almost completely. Exposure to grease/oil combined with heat seems to degrade the finish. Evidently, it’s not a true copper coating but likely a transparent copper colored plasticky paint. Pretty disappointing. Other than that, it heats water and offers a controlled pour. Thermometer itself works fine.

Game Changer.
Originally bought a coffee dripper and at first was struggling to pour water over the coffee with any control or consistency using a conventional electric kettle (UK).I almost baulked at the price of these things, however after reading lots of reviews and recommendations I decided to take the plunge and wow, what a difference it's making to my dripper coffees! The pour is slow and gradual making it much easier to get all your grounds wet and the balance of the kettle makes the accuracy of your pour easier too. The thermometer is also great as it lets you get the perfect temperature which is also vital when making coffee.I've read a few complaints that it doesn't whistle, but for pour over coffee you don't actually want the water boiling, so this wouldn't be a good feature. People also complaining that when they do boil water in it, it comes out the spout. The instructions explicitly say a maximum volume to put in the kettle to stop this happening, so people are clearly over filling it. If you use enough water for 2 coffees (as much as a dripper would hold anyway) this comes nowhere near enough to have water bubbling out the spout. It sounds to me people making these complaints are trying to use it like a conventional kettle which it is not!Anyway, despite the price, this is a great bit of kit for making pour over coffees and I wouldn't go back to not having one. A must for any coffee brewing enthusiasts!

Tiny spot that rusts
It was perfect (almost) until I spotted the spot of rust between the screw and the probe.

Thermometer was scuffed
Order took a few weeks to arrive which is understandable. When I opened the box, I saw that the top of the thermometer had be scuffed and the dial could not be seen clearly.
