SEA Buckthorn Oil 900mg, Cold Pressed Oil, 40 Capsules

I have been taking sea buckthorn oil for several years and they really help with my dry eyes. I have tried various brands as I tend to try which ever ones are on offer or the best value at the time. However, I always look for a higher strength per capsule to save having to take more than one a day. This brand has worked as well as the more expensive brands. The capsules are large but I find them easy to swallow with a glass of water. I take mine in the evening.

I first started taking these about 6 weeks ago because at age 57, I have developed food intolerances that cause me hives and eczema. My skin was itchy, blotchy and dry, taking ages to heal with moisturising creams and daily antihistamines. This sea buckthorn has done wonders, beyond my expectations although it took 5 weeks to see a noticeable difference. Most of the blotchy redness has gone, itchiness is manageable without antihistamines and there's no dry, flaky skin. Even if I do eat something that causes me to have a breakout, the symptoms are much reduced and shorter duration. This is my personal experience so might not work for everyone. I'd much rather take one of these each day than the steroids, antibiotics and antihistamines from the GP.

I have started taking these wonderful capsules. I bought the 900mg and already I have energy and believe you me its been a while, I've tried everything. Being in early 60's I've felt as if the life force had been taken from me and no amount of smoothies whether fruit or veg or protein powders or Vitamin D's and so on have helped me until this magic capsule came along. A friend watched Countryfile and the story of the man who is now growing this amazing berry who is called Seth Pascoe. Check it out and also make sure you go for what I think is the best. Also my dry itchy watery eyes are already not so dry itchy and watery and I use prescription drops.

Long story short, I did not expect to be able to tell the difference with this but I can. I have very dry eyes and this helps, and other omega capsules do not.I briefly took a bigger capsule of this and I think my face was oilier than usual (I have really oily skin and normally wash face midday as well as morning and evening- when I took the bigger capsules I had to up my face washing to four times). So I believe the reviews on these products that some people find their hair is greasier or whatever. Basically I think seabuckthorn oil promotes moisture in moist places??Also the bigger capsules repeated on me for the first few weeks but then it stopped.When I started taking these I looked up the evidence, and not much research had been done on this for dry eyes, but there was one trial that did suggest it is beneficial.I take one capsule per day

I have not seen any change , Don’t know if it works I properly have to take it over a long time.

I have taken other brands of sea buckthorn and this is the best. It gives results, is a decent strength and is easier on the stomach.

Can't use this product as the consume by date is 4th March 2020 and it is now 30 th July 2020!
