I have never ordered customizable...anything in my life. This product set expectations high. This is a gift for my friend. It's her senior year and she got the lead role in our competition One-Act play. It looks exactly like how I customized it. I recommend getting this. It was also one of the cheaper ones compared to the others that popped up when I was looking for a gift. This one has more of a variety, fast delivery, and overall really good. Get this guys !!!

I purchased this for a client and he loved it. The writing was perfect it looked great and perfect for his everyday coffee.

I wasn't expecting much, since it was a rush order and the preview text looked small, but the actual mug looks great. I'll certainly use them again if the need arises.

Built well. Good color. Good size, durable, The mug came out. And it was good weight And it was good weight.

My only complaint is the photos lost clarity in the printing process. My little chihauhua has a single long hair on the top of her head and it was clear in the original photo, but not really visible on the mug. So pick photos that are less subtle for better results
