This was easy to install, it looks like a quality unit on the wall, and it fits your standard size loose paper towels just fine. At this price point I don't see why anyone would buy something more expensive since this is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

It looks nice and works alright for dispensing paper towels. My only issue is it tends to fit the paper towels a bit too tightly. They have a feathering appearance. So far though I haven’t had any problems with jamming or bunched up towels. I have not yet used an entire stack of towels so I don’t know how well it work as the sheets get to the end of the pack. Leaving me to wonder if I should have gotten a slightly larger dispenser. I can see how much paper is left in the dispenser. This is a good plus. I recommend it.

Price is fair, appearance is ok, the plastic body could be sturdier but acceptable. If the width were a fraction wider, I might have considered a 5-star rating. A bit tight fit for the paper towel I had.

It was very easy to install, and easy to add towels, and it looks and functions great.

I purchased this product for my bathroom at home. It was simple to setup and use. It gave me 2 options to hang in the bathroom which I loved. I didn't want to put screws in my walls. Also, it's a great size for bathrooms at home. I highly recommend this product.

It's Plastic, which I was willing to overlook, however I purchased Scott C-fold to dispense which was recommended and the paper towels are too big for the dispenser, or rather, the dispenser is too small for the towels.Very disappointed.Perhaps Amazon can use AI to make sure I only order products I will be happy with.
