I took 2 servings yesterday. One half serving and one full serving throughout the day. I had no intestinal distress. The Blue raspberry flavor is good. It was definitely better tasting when I took the full serving. If I were to half the serving size in the future I would use less water. I’ve tried different brands. From a taste perspective this one is good. I haven’t been using it long enough to provide much feedback on results.

It mixes well, but the taste is close to awful. Very sour tasting. I have tried other Keto supplements with much better taste.
