Not packaged well
I love the guitar for my grandchild, but I didn’t like the packaging. It came in the original package, not boxed or protected, it was a flimsy soft cardboard with the exposed lettering that it was a guitar. Luckily I was home to receive it. What happened to packaging? Seems like some products are coming just like they were taken off the shelves.

Garbage
Tuning mechanism doesn’t hold for intonation deeming this absolutely garbage. Don’t waste your money. The tuning bolts are even loose and move around with you touch them.

Tightening the strings broke the neck from the bottom. Lasted two days.

Can nor tune
Worst thing ever. Even though it's for kids it would have been nice if the neck didn't flex so much you couldn't tune the damn thing.

Originalmente la compré para mi niño de 4 años pero al ver el material y la calidad me di cuenta que que las cuerdas reventariar rápido. Y eso podría causarle daño..
