love it. loses a star because instructions were in Portugese and had to type into google translate to understand the safety warnings etc. also wasn't completely obvious how to install it, at first it seems like it's meant for a tiny door, but you just have to stretch the cables tight and trust that the door won't break. it won't. once up and running a quick youtube search found several routines with tonnes of exercises for the whole body all of which simple to perform yet as challenging as you want them to be given that you can increase the tension pretty dramatically. Because of that i can see this being useful for all but the most hardcore. best part of all takes up no space at all. By far the best piece of exercise equipment I've bought.delivery and price as always great from amazon.

Great value product and doesn't take up much space. You can work all your muscles with this exercise device. I'm a 'iron' person myself, but I have to admit I am very impressed with what I can do just by having this on a 44mm thick door. Remember that it has many plastic parts and its not a cast iron weight so respect it when using it or yes it will break (Mine hasn't in 3 years of purchasing it and using it 3 times a week)

Love this piece of equipment . Very simple to put up delivered very sharp. Excellent price too.

Only just received but no dvd or workout chart like stated in the description so a little unimpressed to be honest.......
