I got the 13mm belt for all of the support I can get. I hurt my lower back doing deadlifts and stopped doing squats, deadlifts and bent over rows for a while until I got this belt. I have a 34 to 36” waist depending on the brand of pants and the medium fits nice and tight like it should. I’m back to doing squats and bent over rows again but still sketchy on heavy deadlifts. I’m doing them, just not too heavy until my back is 100%. Without this belt I wouldn’t be doing any of them. I tried a thinner Velcro belt but it wasn’t enough. I love the easy clasp system they have. It pinches sometimes until you get used to putting it on and then it’s easily avoidable. Performance wise I love this belt, price wise I found it to be more than reasonable for the quality and as aesthetics go, I think it’s a great looking belt with a cool logo embroidered onto the leather. All in all I’m very happy with this belt and will be for many years.

Great belt, very easy to use locking system, so much better than traditional holes in the leather that get worn out.

The sizing guide says to measure the waist, when in fact you should measure a different belt at your size. If you don't have a belt, check if your gym has one, put it on and measure. If you don't go to a gym, go to a sports store and try a belt on.Do not use the measuring instructions, they are useless - especially for people who close the belt tightly.The good news are that you can always add holes.

Was looking for a lifting belt as I was starting to go heavier on my deadlifts and squats. The quality and feel of this belt has met my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a belt to help support on your heavier lifts.

A great quality belt so far. Based on measurements I could've probably gone w/ Lg vs XL. Still works great. Compared to my old, old school leather belt, my deadlift and squat have taken off! Lifting more than ever before. Might get the Lg just to have an extra one. Highly recommend, great product for the price.

Amazing product good quality

I received this product and immediately noticed that it smelled awful. After taking it out of the plastic covering I noticed mold all over the belt. I will definitely be returning this item!

My grandson is a high school power lifter and he loves this belt.

I liked the design of the belt. The color and texture are great. I was advised to measure myself at a certain area of my body where the belt would sit but then when I got it I found I only fit it on the last smallest measurement. This means I coulda ordered a size smaller and been fine. I’m not sure why that happened.

La calidad es muy buena y la estabilidad que otorga no tiene comparación (a menos no con las fajas blandas y más tradicionales) me encantó lo único que agregaría sería un pequeño instructivo a la hora de armar la palanca aunque por intuición nse logra .

Me gustó mucho es la primera vez que uso una faja y la verdad es que ayuda mucho en el levantamiento,es muy gruesa y resistente y fácil de usar lo único malo que tuvo es que no tiene instructivo y es que yo no sabía cómo se armaba así que tuve que mirar un vídeo en Youtube para ponerle su broche metálico.
