Bosch Smart Home door/window contact, alarm system, break-in protection, compatible with Apple HomeKit

I only bought this for use with HomeKit and mainly automations. I prefer having base stations with my accessories as it is more reliable and I don’t like having devices connected via WiFi as I always find they disconnect to often. I have the contact sensors set up to send me a notification on my iPhone through HomeKit when no body is home and I also have it to play a burglar sound through my HomePods and also turn on various lights. The Bosch app it’s self is not the best you have to update everything individually and there’s no option to check for updates for al your devices at once. I am notified the second the doors are opened through HomeKit so it’s an absolute perfect set up and can be found at £25 sometimes which is the only time I buy them. There cheaper compared to a lot of reliable sensors compatible with apple HomeKit. On one of them I did have the adhesive come off it a few times but I bought some good double sided tape instead and it works like a charm.

Magnets are strong hence the gap between magnet and sensor can be larger than otherwise. Wifi reception is strong. The furthest away from wifi access point or bosch controller is more than 30 metres

One completely dead and the other fine. I purchased 4 thermostatic radiator valves and one of those was dead. Its ridiculous to recycle dead products to new customers

Combine it with the radiator thermostat and the home controller from the same company and it saves so much hassle. I don't have to ever remember to turn the radiator down when I open a window or turn it back up when I close the window. The room this is in is way nicer now. But be aware you need the home controller from bosch for this to work and that is not cheap just for one window. Think it through.

Fonctionne très bien. Utilisé chez moi avec les adhésifs (la protection adhésive bleue est galère à enlever), mais ne va pas être adapté à toutes les configurations de fenêtre et portes, il faut bien observer les choses avant. L'emploi du réhausseur optionnel ne peut se faire qu'avec les fixations par vis (ou alors il faut bricoler un peu). Un interrupteur on/off aurait été un plus car le détecteur va notifier sa base de chaque ouverture/fermeture en toute circonstance (et s'allumer), même quand l'alarme est OFF, pas économe en batterie (et pas discret au quotidien). Livré avec 2 piles AAA - je n'en sais pas encore la durée - mais je remplacerai avec des batteries rechargeables. Le cylindre métallique aimanté dans le petit boitier se promène un peu car il a du jeu (dans tous ceux que j'ai reçu): une petite cale en papier suffit et ne gène en rien le fonctionnement. Onéreux pour ce que c'est (matez la concurrence).

In der App kann dann “scharf” geschaltet oder deaktiviert werden. Einfach und sehen auch gut aus Ich habe nun angefangen auf das Bosch Smart System umzustellen. Ich nutze derzeit den Controller (ohne ihn geht nichts), die Thermostate, einen Twinguard und Fenster-/Türkontakte. Ich habe die Geräte erst seit 2 Wochen in Nuztung. Die Einrichtung des Controllers ist einfach, die App (Bosch Smart Home) ist eigentlich selbsterklärend. Durch beiliegende Barcodes ist das Installieren der einzelnen Komponenten sehr einfach. Ich nutze die Komponenten in verschiedenen Räumen, verteilt auf einer Etage über 120qm. Der Controller steht ziemlich mittig. Alle Komponenten werden gut erreicht. Zunächst hatte ich den Controller am Router, der steht aber an einem Ende und och hatte Sorge bzgl der Erreichbarkeit, daher habe ich mir einen Wlan-Repeater besorg und hier den Controller angeschlossen. Funktioniert super. Ich bin nun in der Lage verschiedene Szenarien zu erstellen. Dabei werden dann von mir erstellte Massnahmen umgesetzt. Beispielsweise “Gute Nacht” alle Lichter im Haus (Hue) gehen aus, Heizungen werden auf die von mir festgelegte Temperatur heruntergeregelt, die Alarmanlage (Fenster-/Türsicherung) geht an. Beim Sezenario “Guten Morgen” geht die Heizung in bestimmten Räumen (Bad) an, das Licht im Schlafzimmer und Küche geht an. Es sind viele nette Gimmicks nutzbar. Die Temperaturen an den Thermostaten lassen sich programmieren. So ist mein Badezimmer in der Woche schon recht früh, am Wochenende erst später, schön warm. Im Prinzip lässt sich alles auf den individuellen Bedarf einstellen. Der Twinguard soll die Luftreinheit,- feuchtigkeit messen und zeigt dementsprechend auch an, wann wieder gelüftet werden, bzw das Fenster wieder geschlossen werden sollte. Bei der Luftqualität habe ich manchmal Zweifel, aber vielleicht muss sich das system auch erst einspielen. Der Twinguard gibt auch das Alarmsystem aus. Gut gefällt mir, dass im Alarmfall eben nicht nur für einen optischen Alarm gesorgt wird, sondern auch die Lichter (Hue) mit eingebunden werden. Die Lichter gehen dann an und aus im ständigen Wechsel und machen so aufmerksam. Dem Einbrecher dürfte dies auch nerven. Tolles System.

Je l'utilise pour l'ouverture fermeture d'une fenêtre couplé à une tête Thermostatique connecté pour pouvoir coupé le chauffage du radiateur en dessous de la fenêtre dès que celle ci est ouverte. Bon produit Bosch. Attention nécessite le smart hub Bosch. Je recommande ce produit si vous êtes équipé de l'écosystème Bosch.
