Not a gamer. Stylus mode is awesome in GS. CAD
Using with Quest 3. Awesome with Gravity Sketch (ideation, CAD validation). The stylus, yes, stylus if you don't know, let's you draw on walls, doors, desks. Simply awesome in passthrough mode. Terrific for making notes in 3D, surfaces for review.Accuracy is terrific. Expect some weirdness until the controllers are updated. Just takes a few minutes. For those using CAD, put Quest 3 in developer mode, plug into PC to charge, click for USB drive before taking off headset. Youf computer can now drop stl/obj/fbx files onto the headset in the GS import directory like its a jump drive from the PC.

Warning
UPDATED!!! THESE ARE DANGEROUS! AFTER 2 uses THE RIGHT CONTROLLER now keeps saying it is getting hot and shutting down. Time to see if they will swap em for meI bought these to replace a quest 3 remote, (well as a back up set ad i plan to fix the drift on q3 controller also) be aware that these don't seem to hold a charge to long, drained 13% first time I booted them and then they updates and I just charged them to 100% right before update. (very slow to update co.pare to q3 remotes) ALSO these controllers take a long time to connect to headset when tired on, talking 3 to 4 mins on average. (May try and turn the one two or three mins before starting headset and see if better, I'll update when tested)Now they feel better in the hands and slightly heavier than q3 controllers. Love the black and haven't tested the accuracy of controllers behind back out of site from headset yet, oh but I did notice that the hand will dissappear if to the side and still for a bit, but that also goes if you lay them down or not shake or use them while in headset for a few mins they seem to go to sleep and then you deal with a few min to try and get them to re connect to headset.

Great Controllers on their own!
So I'm gonna start off by saying that my 5 star is on the controllers functionality use.The controller works well with the Quest 2 that I've found, albeit the small issue with the WiFi function that should be fixed in an upcoming update (but was already fixed on the Quest Pro).Pros:* Benefits with off Camera accuracy quite well. Especially makes back-play much easier to deal with.* Despite being a hair heavier, in weight, it is actually lighter to me, possibly because of the ring.* Native rechargeable battery. Though we'll see how well that will be in months time.* These controllers come with a small recharge cradle.Cons:* 8-9 hours from full charge.* Charge Cradle is very small.* Charge cradle has a specific way of putting it on (i.e. doesn't make it easy to just place and go)* When not in use, still can drain a little.* Requires removing the Quest 2 controllers from the Quest 2 to put in the Quest Pro controllers. So why with the amount of stars for the amount of cons? Well, at their heart, it runs great. I don't have to worry about lighting for full functionality of the controllers which when in one room, the overhead light was so bright, you would think some kind of unknown experience is happening in the room if you looked through the window and it could get through most accessories for the headset for light leakage from the top. In another area, the lighting is too little and would require an infrared light to assist. Plus, if being done in the evening, the area was more echo-y so one could unintentionally wake up others in their rooms. So having these controllers eliminate lighting requirements outright. Plus, sometimes I wanted to look at different directions while firing in another (dual ranged weapons) or move around proper with melee based games and sometimes you need back blocks. While it works with the wrist strap, I would prefer having knuckle straps for throwing-based mechanics. There isn't really anything on the market that I've seen with enough confidence to say "Oh, let me try that" for having such grips. Also, it does come with a stylus for writing, but I haven't used anything that required it so not sure if its even gonna be useful for me.Overall, I still find this a great product. The hard part is justifying the cost if wanting to switch from the Quest 2 controllers. Yes, basically if you got a Quest 2 and got these, you're looking at more of an expense towards a custom PC. But I had my stuff long enough and figured I'd treat myself so the cost was fine for me.

Controllers that track above and behind your headset. That's it.
Remember that Meta Connect talk where they said the Touch Plus controllers don't track above the headset? Remember them saying to get these controllers for that purpose? For many users, the Quest 3's included controllers provide an optimal balance between movement precision and tracking range. If you're like me and you're not content with the Quest 3 tracking limitations, you're considering these controllers.Be warned, Touch Pro controllers are not "pick up and play". They require a bit of leniency and possibly a few seconds of resting on the table to work well.Firmware, software, or otherwise--it's often that these controllers don't track the moment they wake up. That's what leads most people to regret and return their purchase, because the Pro controllers don't respond immediately like their newer, lighter Plus counterparts.Consider that the headset relies on SLAM for positional tracking. When you wake up the headset, it takes a few seconds for the screen to appear. In those seconds, the headset is trying to determine its location in the space by indexing visual features from the perspective of its cameras. Each Pro controller has an on-board processor and cameras to enable SLAM tracking. They also have to go through this initialization when waking up, except separately on their own processing power with far less memory and a far lower thermal envelope.Touch Plus controllers don't have cameras; they have IR LEDs which the headset cameras sees easily and tracks. So, these controllers are located by the headset as soon as its SLAM tracking initializes. If the Pro controllers aren't tracking, put them down for half a minute. Make sure the room is well-lit. When they're picked up, they should be tracking; otherwise, try another location. When they track, the Pro controllers' accuracy is acceptable, but sometimes prone to drifting in the form of noticeable offsetting. It could be worse.
