Faulty Charger from disgraceful Seller
I left the seller a message letting that know I received a faulty charger for the e-bike. I explained that while charging the charger is very hot to touch and it’s not charging the bike at all. The charger is so hot you could see smoke coming from it. I was told by the seller that I need to just let the bike charge for 4-5hrs. I’ve never seen such distasteful customer service behavior from a seller in my life. At this point I guess I should just have my home burnt because of a faulty charger. I have a dead e-bike unable to use as I can’t charge it.

Good price, fair bike
In my opinion this bike is good. I have two bikes, one being a mountain bike and this one onebot model. The onebot model is good but can be great. I like how it rides and the how you can adjust the handlebar height. The pedals collapse and it's folds for easy transport. The bad is if it gets to hot/cold it will cut off. I was riding the other day and the battery cut off. I still had half a battery so it threw my off guard at first. I came home and recharged it but without the electricity it was hard to pedal. And unlike my mountain ebike there's only one gear so it was hard riding uphill. It's a good price. Also the bike front light came broke so I had to ziptie it to the front area.

Battery would not charge
Received bike front light broken but that can be easily fixed. I tried charging it but battery would not charge contacted seller and their fix was send new battery. I haven't been able to get to battery to change it as battery is fully incased in frame and I told them that in the beginning. They said that they would provide instructions but nothing but battery showed up. Better to save money till you can get a bike that battery is removable
