I was sceptical when I first ordered this that it wouldn't be tasteless but it is! I take it mixed into my morning coffee. Bought to help with bone density due to cancer medication. I don't know if it's working for that, but the noticable difference in nail and hair growth is amazing! I will keep using it just for that reason!

I started taking this because my bones were getting brittle and I had a hip operation coming up so I had read an article that recommended fortibone this product contains that. Not sure if it worked but everything went well so I will keep taking it for now.

Over time, I have ordered many Osavi products, and I have always been delighted with their high quality and precious ingredients. This patented, proprietary blend of Collagen Fortibone makes no exception. I work out daily and supplement with collagen as capsules but also as a powder which I mix with my protein shake powder post-training. Nonetheless, that powder provides me with 11.5 gr of protein per serving, adding to the protein intake necessary for muscle recovery. The Osavi collagen powder delivers 2.9 gr per serving, and I take it in the morning with my daily porridge. This product targets joint and bone health and density and contains a form of peptides called Fortibone and added rosehip extract. Rosehip is a brilliant anti-inflammatory and anti-ageing agent that I love using as part of my skincare routine. I ordered this supplement because I have been experiencing knee pain and clicking while exercising. While I purchased curcumin to help with the inflammatory response, I thought it was time to start strengthening my joints and bones. This collagen powder is meant to help with bone density and reverse collagen degradation due to ageing. This powder is hydrolysed, meaning it is highly absorbable, and because it has virtually no taste or smell, it is easy to add to a drink or porridge. The measuring scoop is buried inside the tub. Moreover, it dissolves easily in any beverage. I must warn you, though, to add the drink over the powder, so it does not clump. I need to mention that this product is NOT suitable for vegans or vegetarians because the four types of collagens provided are of bovine provenience; hence, from cows. It is recommended to take one scoop daily, making the tub last for a month. I am delighted with all products from Osavi, and of course, with this collagen because I trust the manufacturer due to previous positive experiences. I was even thinking of buying my mum a tub, as she is very active and works out thrice weekly. I will continue supplementing with this powder because I already feel it is working, and my knee pain and clicking are receding now. More so, I know that my body is receiving all it needs for general health and well-being as I am approaching 40.

This powder contains rose hip extract standardised for vitamin C which is also beneficial for good bone health. This Osavi collagen peptide powder is odourless and tasteless - brilliant Scoop is included to ensure you get the required dose and I just add a scoop to my daily fresh fruit smoothie. Reassuring that I am getting a good quality collagen in a simple easy way that is cheap and effective. RECOMMENDED

Has a strong smell when you add hot water, doesn’t taste of anything but smell is a bit off putting

I've tried a few liquid collagen supplements and they've all tasted awful so I absolutely love this powder. It's genuinely tasteless, even in just water, so is super easy to add to food and drinks. It dissolves pretty well in water and I'm glad it contains rosehip too for a vitamin C boost. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice any effect but I've been feeling a bit of wear and tear on my joints since trying to up my exercise recently so will gladly welcome any positive impact! I've used a number of products by this brand they're all good quality so I'm confident that this one will have a good impact eventually too.

I used it with warm coffee mixed in, and other time I used it with porridge. It doesn't taste of anything so mixes well with all kinds of drinks and food. It does help joints and bones, as typically I have a bad back and taking this helps to give me relief in my bones from all that crackling. As we age we lose collagen. To make collagen or any protein, our bodies combine amino acids through protein rich diets and the body can repurpose the amino acids into collagen. This contains rosehip that is said to target the joints with every other supplement I took. Taking it directly can help with the loss of collagen when you age, but may affect kidney health. I took a star off because I think it should be 1kg for that 18 quid price. This also contains animal bone so not suitable for vegans.
