Get a drill to put it together. I did it by hand and that took forever and was frustrating but once it was together, it fit all my tackle on the back of my kayak in a nice organized manner. I love it. I upgraded from a milk crate and it’s definitely worth the extra money. I can tip the kayak and have peace of mind that I’m not losing my gear. Secure and easy to transport from truck to kayak. Very sturdy. I use it to go back and forth between the kayak and the boat so my fishing gear is always in one spot and I don’t have to repack. I’ve used it as an extra seat on the boat when anchored and stood on it to fish as well. It is durable. Definitely recommend it.

Love it!! USA made so all the holes line up and easy to assemble. Couple Notes: Even though my instincts said mount the rod holders (I bought an extra btw) in the middle this did not turn out well. The reels (mainly spinning) bottomed out before the cutouts that keep them from spinning actually reached the reel. I moved them up one spot (not using the top screw) and this worked out better. Check pics The screws on the top were very hard to start, I would suggest putting the latches and hinges on first while you still have strength in your hands, I don’t see this being an issue down the road. My kayak is a FeelFree Lure 11.5 and I couldn’t quite fit the four rod holders so I modified the back two. Again see pics! I also added stainless tie downs for the front straps ( see pic )
