Walking Seat stick with padded brown leather seat

Bought this as a Christmas present for my Father in law who is having a bit of a problem with his leg at the moment, to enable him to have a bit of a rest when he's out and about. Very versatile, it has a spike for use on soft ground and this can be covered with a rubber tip for use in an urban environment. The leather seat is beautifully made, the height of the stick is adjustable but you need to make sure the adjustment screw goes into the hole or it will slip when weight is applied to the seat. The metal components are sturdy and whilst it is light to carry it feels sturdy and you will sit on it confident that it will not let you down.

I bought two of these to take away on a trip to The Le Mans 24 hr race in France. Don't need a walking stick but suffer back pain if standing still for long periods.. I found the quality of build, design and funtionality excellent. I read one review where the gentleman complained about the quality and said he would never take it to a Polo match but would buy a better quality stick for that purpose. I bet if you put £70 price tag on it he would have been more satisfied.

Pretty sturdy and easy to adjust. Better suited to someone who isn't too broad in the rear. The feeling in your legs can desert you if you use it for sustained period - watching kids playing football and rugby.

Firstly, delivery was super fast. I love walking with my wife in the countryside and woodland. This passtime has been restricted since I injured my ankle. Still do not have full freedom but this stick allows for the occasional rest, extending my ability to enjoy my walks. Great for the purpose.

The shooting stick provides all the support I required. It would only have been bettered if it was supplied with a carry strap.

Much sturdier than imagined. Quite comfortable to sit on and very handy as a walking aid. Rubber ferrule hard to remove if you need to use the spike.
