Pretty color
It’s a beautiful color. I colored a blonde human hair wig with it and I took a picture of the shade. It is not as depicted on the box of color so your hair will be a different purple color you can see in my picture. This wig was Bleach blonde. Also get two boxes! This wig is a bob wig and parts of it did not get colored because there was not enough color always get two boxes. I guess if your hair is platinum, you can achieve the color that is depicted on the box.

Who Would Think a $4 Hair Dye Would Work SO Well?!
Like a lot of us, I change hair colors from time to time - sometimes for a seasonal change and sometimes because I am tired of a color I have had for a while. Although I have certainly tried a few of the "pop" colors, I have been less than satisfied of the results and lack of any longevity of the shades.I spotted these Revlon colors at a store a few months ago and gave the pink a shot. My natural hair color is a soft brown so first I used a Revlon light blonde to raise the color. After that process, I added this shade. What nice results! The pinks I had tried before tended to have too much red/yellow pigments I thought, which definitely made the colors more red. In this one, I found the color more what I was looking for - a nice mild cool pink.To be fair, had I not lifted my hair color to blonde first, I doubt this shad would have made much of a difference. Also, as with most red hues, this color requires a monthly re-do, but at $4+ per application it's not much of a sacrifice! What made me think to write this review is that I am getting ready to do yet another application for another month of pink-tinted hair. Several months in a row is pretty rare for me, especially in the summer when I tend to be outside more.Revlon's pink really delivers!

Use if you like wasting your time and money
The only thing permanent about this dye is the loss of money purchasing it!We both tried it, and I left it on for like 1.5 hrs before rinsing - and it was completely GONE. My dark blonde hair did not change one bit! My daughter's bleached/damaged hair also showed nothing, even though we did it twice, and left it for maybe an hour the second time. Not a trace was left. And this is not our first time dyeing hair! After this we went back to semi-permanent, which lasts for weeks...

Lovely color but a bit messy
I used this for over a year. I like the color, but it was messy and fades fast. It also bleeds for a very long time after initial coloring. Over the last few applications it started to not work as well for me. I am menopausal so it may be a hormone thing, but the color was coming out patchy and in some places pale pink instead of vibrant blue. It was really weird. I ended up switching to something else. I did really like this color though!

Beautiful Blue
I purchased this hair color for my teenage daughter. She wanted to dye her hair an electric blue color for school. We have died her hair with many different at home hair coloring box dye and this one has been the best. It was easy to apply and mix. It did not stain her skin or shower. It did not leave color on her towels or pillows. It did not fade after the first wash and continues to hold strong for the color blue. I would suggest this blue hair dye over any other box dye that I've tried. Blue is very tricky because it fades quickly. And this has been the best one so far. I will definitely repurchase. It's more affordable and effective compared to other brands. It does not damage or make your hair look frizzy or damaged.

Not Permanent Dye Actually Semi-permanent
Good by for the under $5 price. Kit also includes gloves, developer, and clear instructions.Got this after unable to find teal permanent dye. It is actually blue. After applying to my already blonde hair ends, colour came out varying from black to dark blue depending on the lighting. I got compliments. I liked the colour. It was true to what was advertised. One month later I washed my hair and as said by some reviews it washed out. Almost half of blue colour gone. Dark blue color now a lighter blue. Seems this will happen each time I wash so wont last long. I agree that you should be careful not to let your hair get wet when out and about because it seems to drip/wash out easily when wet. It also won't take to virgin hair unless hair already lightened. Can get messy and leave permanent mark if not removed from surfaces quickly with bleach.

Pretty and purple
I like this brand is also a well trusted name it's been around for a while the color is great it says pastel but it's also depending on how much your hair is lifted or bleached how dark your hair is so my hair was lifted all the way and it came out darker so it's depending on how you choose to lay it on your hair how bright your hair is for how dark your hair is is what you said to me be sure to wash with warm water and use your purple shampoo to keep it fresh don't wash very often to keep your color fresh and always use heat Protector when styling your hair

Doesn’t last at all
Great color for a few weeks… washed out WAY quicker than it should and as it’s advertised. Should be labeled as a REALLY REALLY semi permanent dye.
