I collect these little willow people and have to say this is one of my favourites. I have this one myself but bought this one for a friend.

I am responding to your request for a review of the item above.The item itself was just fine, a bit pricey, I thought.However, I do want to take issue with my order. I specifically asked for the angel to be sent to my brother-in-law, for my sister who was very poorly. In the circumstances, I gave you his address to which to send the item.I ALSO SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED THAT THE INVOICE be sent to ME. That was ALL ON THE ORDER FORM. I CHECKED.As once before, When the item arrived at my sister's home, IT ALSO CONTAINED THE INVOICE. I was very upset by that, My sister died five days later. It was my final gift to her. It was awkward for me, to say the least, to track down the invoice, around the days of the funeral.So I ASK YOU: If you do offer to send a package to one address and the invoice to another, that you HONOUR THAT REQUEST. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS CAUSED ME AND MY FAMILY SOME DISTRESS. YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF THAT. I am a regular customer of Amazon. This has NOT been one of the good experiences. Sincerely, Maureen McKnight
